Product is really very good, but I received the broken oneโฆ Donโt know how the clips are broken in such a tight packaging. Returning the damaged product is my compulsion.

Faulty Mic, One Not Working & Poor Noise Cancellation โ Need Urgent Replacement from Amazon
I recently purchased the DIGIT DWM1162 2-in-1 Wireless Microphone from Amazon for around โน3600, but I am extremely disappointed with the product quality. Out of the two microphones provided, one microphone is not working at all. It does not connect or function in any way. The second microphone works, but the noise cancellation feature is very poor. When I record videos, there is no proper noise reduction, and the audio quality is unclear and not usable. This is not what I expected from this product. I have already raised a complaint within the return/replacement period (within 2 days of delivery), but it has now been more than a week and no proper action has been taken by Amazon. I do NOT want a refund. I request a replacement of this product with a properly working unit where both microphones Faulty Mic, One Not Working & Poor Noise Cancellation โ Need Urgent Replacement from Amazonfunction correctly and the audio quality is as promised.

Microphone not working
I buy this microphone just one month back and used just 5 times. Iam suffering to claim warranty by this product bcoz The microphone (transmitter) is not turning ON. There is no LED light even after charging for a long time. The charging case is working properly and the receiver is also functioning, but the mic itself shows no response. I have tried charging multiple times, checked the connections, and pressed the power button for a long duration, but still there is no light or power in the mic. This appears to be a defective unit, and I request a replacement or repair under warranty. I sujjest u all don't buy this microphone bcoz they don't have nearby service centre and their response is not good.

Not worth buying, not getting best results
Not upto the mark I'm not satisfied with this product i don't recommend anyone to buy it , spend a little more go for dji mic or lark holland not this one.
