This is a great product! I'm not certain if it has helped my cortisol levels, but it has helped me in the evening to relax a bit more and slow down from the day. I decided to give Nello SuperCalm a try after seeing ads on social media sites and a few influencers I follow drink it. I like the on-the-go packaging so that I can mix my drink at work or when I'm ready to enjoy it. The taste is really nice and it dissolves without leaving alot of mix at the bottom. The lemon lime is not too sweet and has the right amount of tartness like a lemonade. It's too early to tell if it's working but I have noticed that I sleep better and I'm not as crabby after work =) I'll end up buying a few more packages because I like the taste and it's an easier way to get my magnesium for the day.

Okay, so. I’ve been doing the whole “cortisol detox” thing for about a month and a half. First, I tried some gummies, and then I saw a bunch of ads for the Nello mix, so I decided to try that and see if I like it better.I’ve only been using the Nello mix for about a week, and it’s not bad. I saw some reviews talking about the flavors being unpleasant (I ordered the Raspberry Lemonade) and it’s actually not too bad at all, depending on what you mix it with. I usually use those zero sugar, zero calorie, “Sparkling Ice” lemonades. It blends well and goes down easy. It doesn’t have a bad smell. Just smells like a standard drink mix.I feel like it’s a bit expensive for how much you get, and the fact that you need to do it twice a day is a little inconvenient. But, I’ll update this review again if and when I decide the possible weight loss effects are worth it or not.

I’ve been drinking this every morning and every evening and I’ve noticed a huge change in my mood and energy in the morning. I’ve been sleeping better and longer every night, I’ve been waking up with more energy to take on the day. It taste great! Very easy to mix into some water. I think this is a great product. I will be continuing to use it.

Love this product! I have 1 with dinner as my drink and I end up having such amazing sleep. I havent noticed a change in my weight but I do notice how good I feel and I'm sure eventually with more stress management tactics I can get myself to relax Even More! It dissolved quick and its not gritty, the strawberry lemonade is also very delish! I gave 4 stars because i fell for the tiktok trap that it would help me lose weight, i believe it will with helping my stress management but i have yet to see that result. other than that this product is the best!

Yummy!I decided to try this drink for a month and see if it would help reduce my cortisol levels. I purchased the pink lemonade super calm. The first day I had it I was definitely less stressed/anxious. I also noticed it curbed my appetite. Whether this will help me lose weight or not we will have to wait and see.
