I have carpal tunnel and have had some other wrist related issues, and I've tried out many different braces. But I keep going back to these, as they have been my favorite wrist braces overall. They don't last forever, but they are also not expensive. I have bought several over the past few years. They are very slim fitting — basically just a wraparound compression sleeve. As a result, it is more comfortable to wear under long sleeves and for longer periods of time, while sleeping, etc. I routinely wear it in public, and I don't get many questions about what happened to my wrist like I would with larger braces. It also is not a rigid brace. It does provide some stabilizing support, but it does not immobilize your wrist. If I'm doing an activity that requires stronger wrist support, I will sometimes wear an additional brace on top of this one. But this is great for every day all day wear and still having full unimpeded use of my hands. One negative — I have noticed that there is some inconsistency in manufacturing quality. I've received 1-2 where the loop fastener was not sufficiently glued down and required repair. And then one of them the orange material separated from the black material with normal use. I didn't really bother pursuing free replacements just bought new ones, so not sure how the support would be from the seller.

I took a tumble and hurt both hands/one wrist. I ordered two of these to support my hands/wrists while recovering and to remind me to move carefully. I used these after a few days of using an ace bandage on the 'worst' hand/wrist. I also used compression gloves with and without these and the combination worked great. Once the injuries were better I would wear one or the other. They are very comfortable to wear, and depending on how my injuries were hurting I could wrap them differently and get instant relief. Sometimes I would hook the the thumb-hole on my index finger or middle finger to find a different wrap that would support/reduce discomfort. It's easy to adjust how tight you want it (helpful while one hand/wrist was swollen) and where they support the wrist. I especially liked them when I was carrying not-so-light stuff. I do not like the bumps, they get uncomfortable when I wear them longer or start to sweat. Also, the velcro will leave snags if you don't get it on the other velcro patch so I'm not keen on that, but I don't think there is a fix. I'm currently mostly recovered and not wearing them, but one wrist still doesn't have full mobility back so I keep them handy just in case.

This wrist brace is lightweight, flexible and easy to put on. My only issue is with the little silver bumps on the inside, which press against my skin and actually hurt. I'm putting a piece of tissue inbetween and that feels a lot better. It provides just enough support to prevent unnecessary wrist flexing and twisting.

Needed a lite wrap to wear at night for nerve pain relief to keep me from bending my wrist too much in my sleep causing radial nerve pain. This works nicely as it's no so bulky as others, making it great while sleeping. Also the adjustability is good so you can have more or less compression on your wrist. Fit was great and it's not hot while wearing. Have also used while working out for wrist support.

I bought these soft wrist brace to help with the support during the recovery of two surgeries on my right wrist, One to repair the broken bone in the other one to repair a severed tendon. Of course I had to wear forecasts and three different hard braces. It is an Oneto repair the broken bone in the other one to repair a severed tendon. Of course I had to wear four casts and three different hard braces. It is an 18 month recovery. So right now I am at month 8th of my recovery. My doctor wanted me to start using a softer brace instead of the harder brace with the metal Due to the fact that when wearing a harder brace overtime, atrophies the muscle and prevents the muscle from strengthening and repairing after surgery. So he recommended a softer brace for the remainder of my recovery and during light duty. I have been in severe pain in my left wrist for over 40 years. Come to find out that the lunate bone, which is right in the middle of your wrist between your hand and your arm bones is dying, along with having three a ganglion cyst, and the beginnings of the ulnar tendon starting to shred. Needless to say, I am scheduled to have surgery in April. I have always worn harder braces for support for both of my wrists, so I was hesitant to buy softer wrist braces for fear that they would not give me the support and of course I would waste my money. But I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and support of the softer braces made by Bchois. They are soft, give me the support I need during light activity and sometimes when I’m doing more strenuous activity, the Velcro holds very nicely, it doesn’t shred your clothing, it’s also thin enough to wear under long sleeve shirts and jackets without stretching them out like the harder braces do. The instructions they give, you says to wrap the brace around your thumb and wrap it around the top of your hand, and then secure with Velcro, but I found that you can also wrap at the other way, attached to your thumb and wrapped it to the inside of your hand then secure with the Velcro. I find that sometimes when I wrap it the opposite way as recommended, around to the inside of my hand I feel like I get more support. I have very small, downy wrists, so the extra small that I bought fits perfectly. They are so soft and comfortable to wear that I often forget that I’m wearing them, but feel very secure when using my hands for light duty work There really isn’t any cons about these braces, other than the fact that sometimes I still have to wear a harder brace on my left wrist, at least until I am recovering from my wrist surgery. I highly recommend these for anyone who needs A softer support for your wrists without having to wear the bulky metal braces.
