You don’t know bright until you change from old incandescent light bulbs to LED lights and these LED lights in particular have proven great. As electricity cost keep going up these lights help hold costs down along with the yearly summertime changing of the 250w heat lamp for a led 35w equivalent. I ordered a few dozen of these bulbs thinking they would burn out like all the rest. It's been almost 2 months and the 4 that I installed are same brightness and work like a charm. I was changing these type of bulbs every few weeks because they would start losing brightness and eventually burn out. These bulbs are bright and illuminate such a clear white light. My neighbors have all asked about them because you can clearly see the difference in color in these from regular led bulbs.

These bulbs are fine, but I prefer 2700K color temperature. I bought these lights because I wanted to brighten up my hallway. They did brighten the hallway, but the color temperature is too harsh for my taste. A friend came by and I was saying that I was going to return them and she asked if you she could have them because she liked the 6000K color. I was only too glad to give them to her instead of returning them. If you like the color these light really brighten the space.

I absolutely love these! The shape is great if you need to put it in tight spaces (like certain shades or even chinese paper lanterns). The light is white, not blue, which is perfect for taking pictures since the color will come out true. Incandescent is horrible for pictures. But these bulbs work excellently.

I never thought that the simple act of changing my light bulbs would make a major difference, but not only did they change how my rooms are illuminated, but because of how well they light up my space(s) it even changes my emotional status. When I am in the kitchen preparing food it just feels better.I have nothing but good things to say about how much better these types of lights are! Well worth the cost to replace.

They are not very bright, and the light is very harsh.

Bought these LEDs to replace tungsten filament bulbs in two standing lamps. These LEDs are long, but they fit, and I’m happy about the bright white light they shine. I’m also happy that they don’t burn as hot as tungsten bulbs!

I used these in a fixture with three bulbs so I had one spare. After about 6 months of use I had one of the bulbs fail. Since it was a four pack I replaced the failed one with a new one. When I did that I realized how dim the other two bulbs were by comparison. After another month one of the bulbs was so dim that it was barely putting out any light. A few weeks later it died too. The one remaining original bulb is about half the brightness as the new bulb I put in. I am sure any time now the last of the three original bulbs will fail and over time the fourth one will as well.They start out bright and look great but over time they get dimmer and dimmer until eventually they fail. You don't really notice they are getting dimmer as they all dim together, but as soon as you put a new bulb in it becomes blatantly obvious how much dimmer the old bulbs have become.

Very bright which is what I was looking for and also compact.
