I use a waterpik and this reminds me of a water pic basically for your nose.Very functional, doesn't leak more than it should, strong enough without being overpowering, and easy to clean.It works very well and is a good value. Good alternative to a regular neti pot in my experience. Be sure to use a salt solution.You might think you could do it okay with an aerosol can with saline solution, but this works so much better because it gets higher. I have a deviated septum and it seems to clear it out better than anything else I've ever used. Hope that helps someone in the same boat.

This is an amazing product, so easy to use compared to the neti pot. I highly recommend upgrading your neti pot with this one

As a first time user, I like it.

I have always used a Neti Pot for my nasal problems, but since I purchased this electronic nasal irrigation unit, I will not go back to a regular Neti Pot. It has three settings which you can choose from. It does not hurt and is not overwhelming. I think it cleans out my nasal passages much better than a regular Neti Pot. I thought the price was very reasonable and well worth it. I would highly recommend this to anyone who has nasal or sinus issues.

Device works but water irrigation pressure is terribly inadequate even at high setting. Pulse is a joke, more like a mist. I tried to return due to it's poor performance for a refund but received message "refund not available". Mediocre product. I do not recommend.

Works great! Better than I expected water pressure. Light weight and quiet. Easy to hold which is important as I have arthritis.Very good value for the money

I got this one to replace my old one by waterpic. It does not have the pressure to run and clean your sinuses. I was disappointed 😞
