I ordered Warre Bifacial N-type 585W 2 solar panel in the great amazon sale on 23rd September, I got my delivery date of 10-11th Oct, but that day the product was not delivered, so I thought to check my tracking id and i found the tracking id invalid which was assigned to DELHIVERY courier service, I submitted my complaint to Amazon customer care and they told me to wait for next 3-4 days i.e. upto 16th Oct . I waited patiently and the parcel was still not delivered, I visited to my near Delhivery office and they told me fake Tracking number was assigned to me that’s why I can’t able to track my parcel. After requesting amazon that i want my parcel i want to talk one to one with Warre agent amazon provide me Warre Customer Support Number and I got a new Tracking id assigned to Bluedart by warree this time and this time the parcel was to delivered on 22nd Oct but I again didn’t received . I tried my best done more than 20-25 Calls, multiple whatsapp text to warree and i found no support , even no one contacted me, then i decided to contact Bluedart customer service and Amazon customer service Bluedart service told me to wait patiently because I don’t have any more choice to do and Amazon customer service told me to either to get refund or to wait , As only because i have already waited for more than a month so, i decided to wait couple more days and on 4th Nov I finally received my parcel both panels but here is the twist, One panel has Scratches and other panel was broken from the side to mid. Immediately i handover my parcel to the same delivery guys, and i contact amazon and told them my whole story , Thanks to Amazon as within 3-4 days I got my money back. Overall my experience was very pathetic with Warre Customer Service(Amazon one). I faced a lot of issues, And the main thing is today on 11th Nov i got a query resolved call from warree. When everything happened then warre at the end contacted me to confirm my address. Thank you Amazon you saved my money.
