I don’t know why they advertise this as being for men. I am a woman and I love my new wallet! I got sick of the bulkiness of my other wallet in my purse. And hated that it was always so hard to find the card I need since they all had to be in RIFD sleeves. With this, the RIFD protection is built in, and I can easily find the card I’m looking for. My advice to the company: offer them in cuter patterns and colors and market them to women, also. Heck, women are more likely to buy multiple of these so you are really missing out if you don’t market them to women, too.

I found this wallet to be unacceptable, over priced, extremely difficult to extract credit cards. I decided to return this item.

Nice wallet good price

When I received this wallet the face plate was flipped to the wrong side and missing 3x screws. I had to use the backup screws and reset the face plate myself. Also, the elastic band was frayed out of the box. Not happy with quality especially for the price.

I've used Ridge for several years now. Their customer support is phenomenal in regards to me never getting the slightest pushback on a warranty claim. However, its the marketing promises and boastful claims that still leave a bad taste in my mouth. I've never come anywhere close to enjoying a lifetime of any aspect of my Ridge wallet. Its always sus when a company has to brand their warranty. In this case, Ridge's "Built for Life" warranty. This is what mattress and furniture dealers do, because the general public has no idea how easy it actually is for those companies to get out of honoring them. However, in Ridge's case I don't think they are out for that unethical angle. Instead I feel like Ridge is deceiving people into believing these are so flawlessly manufactured that you'll never need a lifetime warranty, but you know what, King, we'll give you one anyway just for being a great customer! I need to stress that I am a very tidy person, very damage-averse person. I'm not rough with my belongings. In 3 years I had to replace nearly all of my wallet's screws. They were coming out silently and I had no idea what was happening until one day I found a very tiny screw on my rug. Oblivious at the time about where it might come from, a day or two later I noticed my wallet was almost capable of completely separating. I was absolutely mortified to count FIVE! screws had come completely undone and fallen out. I have taken apart and reassembled my wallet twice. Once when I first got it and a second time when I wanted to remove the Apple Tag reader and replace it with the cash strap. My key holder needed to be completely replaced because the jutting metal part on which you stack your keys, inexplicably bent outward one day. My key ring I dismantled and reassembled MAYBE a half dozen times in two years (I got it a year after my wallet) and it's never carried more than 3 keys. That's quite the mundane use cases to be requiring a full replacement of something. With the wallet screws, I just got the screws in the mail for self-repair, which normally I'd be thrilled about, but even though I told them I wasn't sure if I had the special screwdriver they sell, they went ahead and assumed for me and didn't include one lol. It took me two days to find the damn thing. I would have gladly paid a few bucks for a replacement if I was even offerd. Probably the most annoying thing, the irreversible claim, and the objectively skeevy attempt at marketing claims that can't possibly hold up: "scratch resistant" L. O. L. My wallet is a limited edition release when street artist TenHun collaborated with them. You can't get this wallet design anymore, it's long gone. It's also scratched to hell and back just from light use scenarios. Every time I see them advertise "scratch resistant" I just take this thing out and wonder what happened.

i got this wallet and I dropped it ones on a CARPET and broke don’t buy

The wallet itself seems ok but that’s where it stops. If your goal is just to hold cards then it’s great. I’ve had the wallet for 3 weeks, I carry 3 credit cards and my license in it and the cards are destroyed smh. I would never pay this much money for another one, I would be better off just throwing my cards in my pocket.
