Great game, would love to be it again.
2 great games in one. The Graphics are top notch and gameplay is unique to its own liking. Voice acting is great. I played and beat both games, one on the console and the other on PC. I decided to get both for the PS5 just for the collection and steelbook. I would recommend for a sale to go on.

What you want from a video game
Such underrated games. These games are absolutely fantastic, and you get both! I was stoked to hear about this release, I had to pre order. These games are such a nice change from some of the average AAA games. Powerful story, excellent game play, terrifying, and very emotional. a terrific franchise. Give this one a shot. I give both games 9/10

Two of my favorite games in one package
I purchased both of these digitally and played them and absolutely loved to them. I wanted to get a physical copy to hold on to in case I'm unable to play the digital ones in the future. I was so happy when I saw that they were selling them both in a single package.

Only if you have infinite patience!
I've had a terrified fascination with the Black Plague. It's said to have killed a third to a half of the population of Europe and a third of the Middle East! Perhaps up to 200 million. This was, of course, during the so-called dark ages when fear and superstition and the church ruled everyone's lives. Once symptoms appeared in a victim, they could be dead in 24 hours. The mere thought of what happened those 7 years, the total fear, hunger, brutality stench is overwhelming. As such a history and biology buff, I was intrigued as to how the time period would be portrayed in a game. I'm just a third of the way through and the initial premise seemed like I might lose interest quickly. A young girl transporting her small brother to evade the soldiers patroning and hacking the French and English opponents of the 100 years war seemed like constant repetition of evasion and diversion. So far, it is. Sort of. Detection, is on a hair trigger and you wind up getting killed. A lot. Wash, rinse, repeat. At times you want to throw up your hands and say, enough already. There are junctures where you say, I'm trapped. There's no way to get past these rats. And there will be more hoards of rats than you ever want to see in a lifetime. Make an error and you are swarmed and eaten alive. Add to that pleasantry, having to cross fields carpeted with dead soldiers and guts and goo. But somehow, it compels you to hit the button again and again after being bludgeoned by a sword or eaten alive by rats. You seem to be on safe ground and a new hoard of rats explodes out of the ground. (It's no wonder there is little outcry that rats and mice are the lab animals of choice. Yet, the flip side of that conundrum is why Micky and Minney are so loved by children. Go figure.) At any rate, the visuals so far are repetitive, the need to repeat every challenge sometimes dozens of times and the cranky, needy, whiny baby brother will challenge your endurance and patience. But like someone once coined the expression, "it's horrible, but I can't look away." Recommended.

I’m not a huge gamer but
I loved the first game and I really cannot wait to play the second game though my partner says it’s really sad. Also LOVED the case. Will have to add picture later.

A Plague Tale: Innocence and A Plague Tale: Requiem are two fantastic games with truly great stories that I believe everyone should experience. Thanks to this collection , you now can, as it features both games in the series (2 discs) and also comes with a steel case. The steel case seems to be of great quality ; as this is my first one, I can't compare it to the quality of other steel cases. It all comes in a nice cardboard sleeve that looks great on the shelves if that's how you wish to display it. I would highly recommend this if you're a collector or love this game series.
