I don’t usually write reviews for products like this, but MiraLAX honestly exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for something gentle and predictable, this works exactly as advertised. It’s tasteless, dissolves easily in water (or pretty much any drink), and doesn’t have that harsh, cramping effect you get with some other laxatives. For me, it felt more like helping my system get back to normal rather than forcing anything. One of the biggest positives is how gradual and non-disruptive it is. You’re not rushing to the bathroom or dealing with urgency — it just works in the background over time. That makes it a lot easier to use consistently if needed. A couple things to keep in mind: • It may take a day or so to kick in, so don’t expect immediate results • You do need to stay hydrated for it to work effectively Overall, if you want something gentle, reliable, and easy to take, this is a solid choice. I bought this on advice of my gastro doctor since I'm on a GLP 1 and having constipation issues. I bought the powder option because I really can't stand the taste of liquid products like pepto etc. I add this to my shakes daily and it's been super helpful. It has no taste or smell. I never would know it was even in my shake if I had not added it myself. Many of my stomach issues have resolved since adding this to my daily routine. I haven't had any negative side effects and even though its a little expensive - I was able to use my fsa card so that was a great relief - LOL no pun intended.

We recently went on a trip/cruise to Europe for two weeks so I had limited space. Also, being in a ship I didn’t have easy access to get meds. I saw these and thought it would solve my issue and it did! No big bottle to take!

I usually just have a table spoon of olive oil or some ground flax seeds in my morning yoghurt and that helps the issue but since going into my third trimester nothing helps. Except this! I don’t use it daily or very often but if I go a few days without using the toilet then I use one of these sachets. Works within an hour or so. Very effective and gentle and doesn’t taste like anything and no dyes. I’m happy with this!
