This accessory is for Quest 3 only. Not compatible with Quest 2, Quest 3s, or charging docks. You can still charge via the side USB-C port.

How do I clean the face pad and facial interface?

Use antibacterial wipes, a damp microfiber cloth, and mild soap to clean the facial interface and face pad regularly for hygiene.

How to install the facial interface?

Press firmly on all four clips (top and bottom) to ensure a secure fit. Use a glasses spacer ring (not included) for a better fit with glasses.

How long does the cooling effect last?

Cooling lasts ~20 min. For 30+ min, chill pad in freezer 10 min before use. Alternate two pre-chilled pads for continuous comfort. Duration varies by use and environment.
