I was looking to try a retinol alternative since I’m still breastfeeding my baby. But also all the side effects of retinol for the payoff wasn’t worth it to me especially if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, breastfeeding etc. they highly advise to not use ANY retinol while pregnant and breastfeeding. I haven’t been using any retinol since getting pregnant and kept telling myself I would get an alternative. Finally a year and a half later here we are lol.So I usually order stuff from yesstyle or olive young but I didn’t want to commit to a big order just for bakuchiol and that’s when I saw this. I was a little wary because I’ve never heard of this brand but I see an immediate plump & glow after just a week of using it! Also the price is more than fair! I have rosacea and sensitive combo skin. I feel like after using this for just a week in combination with my normal routine it’s been very effective. My skin feels better and I see a visible difference. I wish I took before and after photos !! The bottle feels nice and just one “pump” covers my whole face. It also says made in Korea which is a big plus for me! So if you are looking for a retinol alternative this one is great!

I was really surprised given the price, and I kept thinking that the benefit to my skin was due to another product. Through some trial and error, I kept going back to this product because I wanted that plump skin. I use it at night. My face is dewy hydrated and looks plump. Totally worth the $. Will purchase again once my bottle is done.

My skin was too sensitive for retinol so I searched for some replacements and this is the first thing that popped up. I love it and so does my skin. I've noticed my pores get noticably smaller too. I just wish there was more in it for the amount you pay.

It does not plump or firm. Wasn't expecting a miracle, but after using daily 2x for a week, I haven't noticed any smoothing of my fine lines. I don't have have any deep lines yet, so did expect a little plumping, but nada. Also, this has little to no Bakuchiol in it. Bakuchiol is one of the few serums on the market that can temporarily lighten dark circles under the eyes. You won't experience that with this.But when you read the name on the front, and see that it's distributed by a company with the name, "Booster", that's all some people (aestheticians) need to know to be convinced that it's not a professional company that focuses solely on Korean skincare. I should have listened to my gut on this one. So, I returned this product.

It works! I did not have a problem with the plunger. Within 2 weeks I saw less dark spot and even lighter skin tone and more even texture. Will buy again

Unlike other “retinol” this does not irritate my skin. My skin absorbs the serum easily. No greasy residue.
