This is the worst item I’ve ever purchased. If zero stars was an option, that’s the true rating. Out of the box, we fully charged it and it doesn’t vibrate at all. I guess there’s a reason why the other name brands are so much more expensive. When you buy this, you’re not buying a massager. You’re buying a block of plastic with an LED screen. TRASH!

This massager is great for legs and arms but if you are alone & need to do your back it is kind of hard to use because it’s hard to hold it in place. It charges fast and with its multiple patterns. The price is reasonable and will last a very long time
