I bought this for wild bird nesting material. It dries quickly after rain. I cut it up into small pieces and put in a suet cage. The birds use it though I think they favored the alpaca I had tried first. Good price and huge quantity. No odor and good quality.

This is great and very clean. Shreds well for stuffing pillows.

It says it is good for spinning or felting, but I found it nearly impossible to use for those purposes. The fibres are so short, it is basically wool powder. It's also full, like really really full, of stickers and other plant material.

Great to leave out in spring for birds to build their nests.

I used some of this in the bottom of my window flower box, which consists of a material (coco coir) that drains water way too fast. Here in a semiarid climate my flowers would die super fast because they would dry out so quickly. This time, after putting some of this in the bottom of the window box & putting soil on top, before planting the flowers my flowers are now flourishing, and no longer drying out.

Lovely wool. It's quite tightly packed, so it helps to tease it before use. I used a wire sheepskin brush very gently, which increased the size and bounce very nicely. My antique teds feel lovely and solid, with a reassuring spring when squeezed.

Love it! Much easier to use than the man made stuff, gives a nice firm fill, and doesn't bounce out when you poke it into small places. Also smells nice, like a freshly washed lamb. Worth every penny, will definitely buy it again.

Very good for plants requiring a lot of water, it can hold lots of water and helps with watering... Used with my hydrangea and it helps during really hot summer.
