Excellent product
Very helpful as someone with chronic dry mouth from Sjogren’s Syndrome, as it helps to produce more saliva. I chew them after meals and hold one in my cheek at night to slowly dissolve. My mouth is quite sensitive to spice and strong flavours like mint, but I don’t find this to be too strong. The flavour is very nice as well.

Perfect For After Coffee (or any other types of eating)
Best thing you can do for long term protection for your teeth. I found God over my gum issues i was having and the prayers led me to her i feel, Dr. Ellie on youtube her Complete Mouth Care System changed my gums life, take it from me, i’ve seen the worry free teeth and gums her program offers and these are perfect for after coffee!!! Great tasting mint
I’ve been eating Zellie’s mints for 2 years. All of the flavors taste great. I have very little plaque on my teeth as a result of consistent use. Thankful for such an easy way to prevent dental issues!
