Good product works as intended
Have purchased this for multiple computers over my time of building them and it works well and doesn't have proprietary connectors that don't allow specific fans.

Ease of use, very functional and easy to setup
Easy to install into most PC chassis. Best used with fans that have a 3 pin/4 pin fan connector and a argb connector. Highly recommend for PC builders who have upto 8 argb fans in the case.

4-pin MB to 3-pin ARGB issue not resolved, no instructions
New in the box. Did not fix 4pin MB to 3-pin ARGB issue, lights did not function. No instructions. Website not helpful. went with another company for 1/2 the cost; 2 plugs and lights worked.

you need an RGB header for this to work or no color.
Gave it a 4 because of good reviews but i never got it due to it not being compatible with my computers mobo.

Slept on work good so far
This amazing crazy how slept on this is keeps it simple easy with my swan fan ex argb 3 sets of 3 in control

Everything is good until...
You manage to miss the molex pins inside, and have to dig the pins back up to realign them for another go. After doing this a few times, I'd have to consider this as a design flaw. There should be an easier way to go inside to do this by hand if need be. Also, this issue highlights why there are so many exposed clear hub controllers on the market. It makes things easier to fix that way. If ID-Cooling figures out a way to keep the pins from getting misaligned or make this issue easier to fix, they'll have a pretty good, inexpensive product. I like the size and number of channels available. I'd suggest more of an open design, or a means to open the case when things don't go quite right.
