Best Cauliflower Crust
I was looking for cauliflower crust and came across this brand. I looked at the reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm really glad I purchased it even though it's a bit costly. I think it's worth it since I don't eat pizza very much. And when I've had cauliflower crust at a pizza joint, it's about the same price. I took the recommendations from prior comments and oil basted one side of the crust, face up on a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, I mixed EVOO and added lots of garlic powder but think fresh-crushed garlic would be even better. The prior reviews are correct that there is not much taste to the crust and flavoring it up to your needs would be best. That's all I added but think it could've been seasoned better. I baked at 475 degrees for 7 minutes (until golden brown), then I took it out, flipped it over, and added my ingredients (pepperoni and fresh mushrooms). Then I placed back in the oven for 6-7 more minutes. I let it sit about 5 minutes before I had my first bite and it was delicious! It wasn't soggy at all. It was greasy from the oil so it felt like I was eating a real pizza. I will definitely recommend this crust to my low carb friends. This beats any frozen and boxed crust that I've ever had. This will be on my wish list from here on out. Zero carbs!

KETO JACKPOT!!! BOOM BABY!!! WOO WHOOO!!!
I've done a keto diet 4 different times in the last 2 years. And let me tell you.. this is BY FAR the best thing I've ate on the keto diet. Daaaammnn!!!! I've made different keto pizza crusts off different online recipes. Some were trash and some were DECENT. But this one here.. THE BEST! So what I did was add olive oil in a bowl with garlic salt and garlic powder with oregano, parsley, a little sage, garlic salt and other Italian seasoning.. Mix it all together with the oil. Then I oiled up the whole pan, also add the oil with those ingredientsonto BOTH SIDES of the crust as it gives it so much flavor. Let it cook for 5-10 min til you see one side getting lightly brown. Then I brought it out of oven, flipped it over and threw it back in the oven so the other side got a nice little brown color to it too with the seasonings on it. Then I brought it out of the oven once it cooked more and added the pizza sauce with cheese, olive and pepperoni. Threw it in the oven for another 5-7 mins and it came out looking and smelling delicious! It had a great crunch to it and flavor as well. It isn't as good obviously as your favorite local pizza joint. But let me tell you, this isn't super far off AT ALL. I couldn't be happier. My mind is blown. I'm defiently going to be buying more of these pre made keto pizza crusts because it's such a great treat and major game changer. I also used keto pizza sauce that I bought here on Amazon that I recommend highly. The name of the keto pizza sauce I used is called YO MAMAS ORIGINAL MARINERA. Comes in a pack of 2 as do these pizza crusts. Highly recommend. BUY THIS! YOU WON'T REGRET IT I'M TELLING YOU!!!!

Keto is cooking with fire these days
There's a wave of keto products on the market now that are finally starting to taste like real food alternatives. Sadly, most of them are hilariously expensive still, these crusts included, but, I would consider this a viable alternative to pizza dough. Things to keep in mind: - This is a thin crust pizza, don't expect traditional puffy pizza - The flavor is neutral, you can and should help this out with oils/seasoning - How you cook it will dramatically change the outcome, hint, pre-bake it then sauce/topping it It's not the best pizza you will ever taste, but it does taste like pizza. If you've tried all the cauliflower, egg, and cheese "crusts" and been left with a sad face this will be a pleasant improvement.

Almost Pizza Doh!
If you were to search YouTube for “SNL Almost Pizza,” that's what this weirdly textured almost-pizza dough is like. I LOVE pizza, and it is my #1 Achilles heel when it comes to staying on track with my diet. I was looking to shave a few points off my pizza intake. Usually a slice of pizza can cost me 10-13 WW SmartPoints. With this product I got it down to 8 pts a slice. Was it worth it? No. First of all it’s chewy and tasteless. It doesn’t reheat well either. I’ve never made a pizza so filled with sadness and regret. It would have been better to just eat my toppings, sauce and cheese (which were fine), but pizza just isn’t pizza without the pizza dough. Trust me, I’ve tried … it’s just not the same without it. However, this pizza would have been better without this expensive piece of dookie-doh bread. Gross. Don’t buy if you actually like pizza.

Fantastic! Made a great pizza
I wish there was more than just two to a package. It really made a great pizza! I added pizza sauce first then some fresh mozzarella also topped it with some fresh basil and oregano and a little olive oil. Worked great in my toaster oven! So happy for the zero carbs which was the best part! Only carbs were in the tomatoes which is fine cuz I just figured it to my total. Watch out for Jarred or canned sauce because some of them have sugar and higher carbs. You probably could also use some tomato paste and season it with Italian seasonings and anything else that you'd like to add! Pepperoni anyone? I put artichokes on mine yum yum.

Not bad
I'm Italian-American and a pizza snob. I live in the north east and grew up with great pizza from great pizzerias or pizza parlors if you like. So if you put pineapple or even chicken on your pizza, just get out, leave, now! Okay just kidding, you can put whatever you want on the round disc, just don't call it a pizza. Actually my friends in Italy tell me that even there, they are putting some strange things on pizza. Okay let's talk about this circular dough zero net carb product. Considering I thought I would never be able to eat pizza again because I can't have carbs anymore, I was satisfied with this. Is it a great pizza? No. But I made my own tomato topping, I found some almond based mozzarella cheese that was surprisingly delicious and melted perfectly. I added some grated real parmesan cheese. I've only experimented with two doughs so far. I toasted the first one on each side trying to get it crispy, but I went overboard and it came out kind of hard, not crispy. I toasted the second one with a little bit of olive oil on each side but for less time than the first one and it came out much better. I still haven't gotten it to crisp up the way I'd like. My fresh topping was the best part. The fact that I can have something that looks and tastes like a pizza with zero net carbs is great for me. Until this dough, I truly thought I would never have pizza again, so for me it's a win. I've noticed that they get better every year with all of these products, i.e. dough, bread, mixes, cookies, noodles and crackers.

Good investment
I was skeptical when it first arrived in a box and undid itself like a piece of foam. It sat on my counter for a week before I decided to try it. Once I tried it I’m a firm believer tasted good. Gave me back the ability to have a quick easy Pizza like how you’d go to the store and buy something real quick for dinner now I still like to make my own fat head keto, but this is a really good replacement for something that’s quick thank you

Best pizza crust I've tried while on keto
I have been on keto for about 3 years, and am at the stage where I'm trying to eat more moderately without gaining back all the weight I lost. I refuse to cook separately for my husband and he is very tolerant of it--in fact tries to stay low carb himself because he lost some weight, too. What he really misses, though, is pizza. If we go out to dinner he can get pasta, but most of the time, pizza is a shared meal. We have tried lavash bread, eggplant slices, you name it. This is by far the best crust we have tried. I brushed mine with olive oil and toasted it under broil before adding toppings, but next time I'm going to add some spices to the olive oil like some other reviewers did. My only negative is at $26 for two crusts, it's a little pricey and we are going to have to save these for a treat.
