It's worth understanding what the Tile is before you buy one. I bought it so I could keep track of my daughter's location when she's out playing. However the Tile doesn't give a constant location to Life360, instead it relies on other people's phones effectively pinging it with their Bluetooth, basically. If she was in a field for example, with no one there, it wouldn't give her location. However, it would still show her last location, and that info can still be useful. Anyway, the device is tiny so it fits into a rubber watchstrap that you can also find on here. Set up is easy too. Would be such a perfect product id it could give a constant, live location at all times but I guess that's required an active SIM card with data. Again, it's great for what it is, but just understand it's limits and use.

Some ppl will want detailed gps. If you lose keyscetc near your house in your hiyse or in the car, this protection is excellent. They should be far more popular. I am.forgettful, well, dithery. I can find my purse and my bike keys easily, i have 2 tile fobs.

I travel on a regular basis. The first time I used this tracker in my suitcase, my suitcase went missing at the destination airport! I went to the missing luggage office and showed them the tracker app. They were able to quickly and accurately trace my suitcase in an area which is off limits to travellers. I couldn't believe my luck that I happened to have bought it just before I needed it! It's compatible with my Android mobile. Connectivity is excellent and I get intermittent notifications of its location. It was super easy to set up, and it's definitely value for money. I highly recommend it as it has the potential to save a lot of inconvenience.

Is not updating in real time.

I bought 2 tiles 2 years ago .as expected both tiles battery ran out and I needed to buy 2 more .They are still called tile in all the description.nothing let's you know what's going to happen. Try and add your new Tile to the app and you get prompted to download another app called life 360.you have to Install it or you can't add the new key fob you just bought to your account . Then comes the fun bit the new additional app demands full access permissions for everything on your phone including demanding you disable battery saving settings and allow the 360 app full time permanent location information., say bye by to battery life. Oh yes and it also demands full access to all Bluetooth devices on your network.if you say ,no, it prompts you constantly for battery saving and full time location settings changes. So they force you to install another app that effectively wants to spy on you full time , know everything about your network.you can garuntee that's at some point they will be selling your data to advertisers.tosspots. ....edit... I forgot to mention the hidden stuff in the terms and conditions.they state they will sell all your data they collect including location.they also say they will still track you even if you turn it off.so you turn it off expecting it to be off, but the terms stae they will still track you.... They also sell your location data and history.360 appears to be a data mining business.not worth it just so you can find your keys.i uninstalled it and threw away my old tiles. The tile system works on bluetooth.it is not a gps tracker it relies on other users Bluetooth to detect your tile if you drop your tagged item and go out of range with your mobile phone.

Brought as I kept losing my keys, cannot fault at all. I already use the life 360 app, so it was so simple to set up and connect to the app. It's very small, ideal so it doesn't get caught up. Not had any issue with the Bluetooth connection and is very simple. I would say the value for money for this is spot on, ideal for anyone with forgetfulness, or like me keep losing their keys or items. You can press the button on the keys to find your phone and vice versa which is really good. It's not bad audio either.

Love these i have several and I got for my son and am in the process of getting one for his wallet!!! Works a treat and love that you can reverse work it to find your phone!!

Battery died after 5 months, no notification received. Return window closed even though it states 3 year battery life Update: contacted provider directly as there is a warranty, replacement provided with no fuss.

Jak mam cokolwiek śledzić lub znaleźć skoro cała idea jest oparta tylko o społeczność Tile. Produkt nadaje się tylko do zwrotu.

Working nice

Having spent 10 to 20 minutes a few times a year looking for my car keys, I decided to purchase this to make finding them quicker the next time. While this works as intended by playing a melody within seconds, what I was not expecting was to see frequent App notifications and trying to upsell subscriptions from its obligatory Life360 App. As most people will attach tracker to their car keyring, the companion Life360 App takes advantage of the location and notification permissions for the fracker to monitor driving behaviour and display periodic driving behaviour pop-ups, like the example shown. Just about every feature in the App is locked behind a subscription service, which is not obvious until after going through the set-up process where it tried getting me to set up a family circle, add family members, friends, etc. (steps I skipped). For example, if I touch the risky events it will try selling a Gold subscription, required to view details. The events it records are not even accurate, for example, in this screenshot it claims it recorded 21 distracted driving events such as phone use while driving even though I always keep my phone in my pocket while driving. This is mainly due to falsely treating every journey where I’m a passenger as if I'm driving, such as on a bus or travelling with colleagues at work. So for anyone using this to monitor family member driving behaviour, which this App heavily pushes during its setup process, it will lead to many false risky driving reports of family members. When the battery eventually runs down in the tracker, it is non-replaceable as shown on the packaging. Pity this was not mentioned in the product details as I generally avoid buying products that become e-waste when its battery fails.
