I actually prefer Aloha Soy Sauce more than traditional soy sauce. Its lighter in flavor and has a subtle sweetness. I use it in all my Asian recipes….from fried rice to my Teriyaki marinade. Of course if you make Hawaiian chicken or short ribs this is a must have!

The Taste of Aloha
Got used to this soy sauce when I lived Hawaii dude in the 80’s. It’s definitely a unique flavor. My teriyaki suffered when I moved back to the east coast. Kikkoman cant even come close. I tried a bunch. Settled on store brand. It occurred that as much as I dislike bezos, this was a likely place to find it. And I did. Everything tastes better with a taste of aloha. Then it shipped from Minnesota I believe. Go figure. Anyway, more of a fermentation taste I think is he difference. A little pricey but worth it. Mahalo

Tastes sooooo much better!!!!
By far the best soy sauce ever. The taste is fantastic and it is not overpowered by saltiness. If you haven’t tried it already purchase this product over any other soy sauces.

Aloha shoyu is a must! I am from Hawaii but live in Illinois now and the fact that I can get my favorite shoyu from Amazon is a game changer. There is no comparison to other brands…this is the best
