I've used these airpots at indoor and outdoor events for both hot and cold tea drinks and they do a good job of maintaining the temperature, hot or cold, for at least the 6 to 8 hour stretches I use them for. They hold up well to traveling around to different events too, even when filled. They're also easy to dissemble and clean, and they do not hold on to the smells of the various tea drinks I use them for. And with a recent order I had an issue with one of the airpots not sealing correctly, but their customer service team was quick to respond to my concern and send me a free replacement unit, so I recommend their customer service as well.

Buyer beware! Both units don't close! Don't waste your time.

Tops don't stay clipped shut. Very disappointed.

The lid is difficult to close and seems cheaply made.The carafe does keep hot drinks hot for several hours.

I have used them several times now. I love the way the lids snap off with a push of a button. It makes it easier to set upside down to drain after cleaning. I was so happy to receive a cleaning brush, but I am not really impressed with the way the brush works. Maybe I am not holding it correctly. I am having a hard time getting it to touch the sides. Overall they are nice carafes.
