I sometimes will get headaches on one side of my head, and many times it would last for a couple days. I heard about these caps and thought I would try it out since this has gotten great reviews. Well it def worked for me. Within 30 minutes my headache was gone. I will say that it is extremely cold once it gets out of the freezer but that only lasts a few minutes. I actually liked the extreme cold. The high coldness also lasted for about about 30 minutes, then it started to ease, which was fine for my needs.

This worked so well for me, I've bought several as gifts for my friends that get migraines. If your headaches improve with cold compresses, you'll love this cap. It molds to the held and stays in place. No condensation, no freezer odor and no hard frozen bumpiness like old style freezer ice packs. Just cool comfort. So effective I've gone from horrible migraine pain to falling asleep with this on.

Compression is so great and on every size head in our house, it’s actually incredible. I’ve already used it about 4 times and each time I ended up falling asleep before it stopped being cold which leads me to believe it stays cold a while!! It really works!! I like that this one comes with a freezer bag, as I’ve used some before that did not and were also not nearly as good. Love this thing!! It’s officially a staple in our home.

Pretty much the same as the original. It fit a little bit bigger than the original so I gave it to my husband and kept the old one for myself. Still a great product.

This is an amazing invention. Immediate, very cold, fitted wrap for one's head/sinuses without any drippy, melting ice. Also works effectively icing injuries and inset bites on extremities. I've purchased three as gifts for allergy and migraine sufferers.
