Nice and tasty
Made a malt loaf with it very tasty, very easy to use, nice and thick, no hard leakage it was very well packed lots of bubble wrap round the jars and a box within a box

Excellent for bread making.
Bought specifically for making my bread. A loaf made with a high proportion of wholemeal flour is more springy and moist when this malt is added. I dissolve a large teaspoonful of malt in hot water, let it cool then add to ingredients prior to kneading. It also makes a delicious bedtime drink....dissolve a very generous teaspoonful in hot milk.
