Good quality camera and better customer support.
I've owned plenty of dash cameras and this is my favorite. The main camera on the mirror looks great for quality both in real time and playback from its saved files. Easy to install and adjust. When the screen is off, the mirroring finish makes it usable as a rear view mirror. If you have tinted rear windows, it is a little dim regarding the reflection, but works well enough. The rear camera, definitely not as sharp as the front, and at night time the rear camera will get oversaturated from bright lights. Plus the resolution of the rear camera makes the nighttime video grainy. With a better quality camera this could be improved, but the video cable and connection to the main camera is still going to limit you. So I'm not sure how big of an improvement upgrading the rear camera will be.The installation of the rear camera and gps are straight forward, though I think the rear camera mount could use strengthing. I mounted mine outside on the spare tire carrier of a jeep wrangler, and needed to buy a different mount as the supplied mount wouldn't be enough.Customer service was the amazing part. I had read previously to buying this that other customers had their rear camera fail and Pelsee was quick and hassle free to replace it for them. I wasn't sure it would happen to me but appreciated the insurance. Within the first 6 months, the rear camera failed. Intermittently at first then totally. As soon as I contacted Pelsee, sent video to them and described the problem, they sent a rear camera replacement immediately and I received it with a week or two. It's been flawless after that (going on a tear now). That kind of service is a main reason I would recommend Pelsee and why I will buy more products from them.

This is a must have, record 1min to 3min loop
We have 2 of the p10 and 3 p12.wifi- this is very useful to immediately download videos without having to pull SIM card and take to computer. The quality of the video is crisp.camera angle and brightness can be adjusted from touching your mirror. I was able to hook onto gooseneck and then tapped left side of screen and drag camera angle back to normal.Installed on 2018 TRD 4runner, 2015 and 2017 subaru outback, 2013 F250 and 2007 chevy Silverado.Installation was easy, this is something you can do with very little skills and tools.Things to rememberThe rear camera cable vs the location you want to put it at.On the subaru Outbacks I was able to run under lip or headliner, behind A-pillar, around door trim all the way to hatch. When you open the hatch you will see wire loom rubber that feeds all the wires from car body to hatch. I was able to place a camera right under spoiler. On the chevy Silverado truck I did not have enough cable in kit to reach tailgate. So for this I followed the steps above and when I got to the backseat area I stopped. Remove the third brake light on truck cab. I took a long skinny flat head screwdriver and from the outside of the truck I was able to go through the 3rd brake light housing and inside the cab, stopping when it touched headliner. I then taped the cable to the screwdriver and pulled it outside of truck. Like using a fishing tape. Currently the camera is secured on top of third brake light.4runner is very similar to subaru, just rembeber the rear window rolls down so placing it there wont work. I placed it under rear spoiler. You DONT need a rearview camera for this to workThis is a great option and the blind spot warning, following to closely warnings are very accurate.

4 and a half Stars
I was really excited to get this product. I have been looking at all sorts of camera mirrors, and this one won me over with its great price point, double dash cams, and slew of great high tech features. Starting at the mirror itself, I love it a lot. I was a bit peeved that the front dash cam extends out from the unit, I thought that would be a distracting, but itโs not an issue at all. The build quality seems really good, the product has good weight, and I havenโt noticed any smudges or anything on the screen. Even when itโs off, it still can kind of function as a mirror, with its reflective screen. Installation was a breeze, HOWEVER, I own a coupe and I ran the wires as efficiently as I could, but the video cable from the camera was still well short of the mirror, which was quite annoying. I contacted Pelsee support about getting a hardwire kit (since the plug I intended to use wasnt 12V) as well as now a video cord extender. They were responsive and helpful, but could only send me one of those (which is fair enough), so I chose the hardwire kit, which came soon after, with provided tracking from customer service. Big shoutout to them, they really saved this product for me, I was really dreading returning this, since I was so excited for it. Moving on to camera quality, itโs been really great. Iโve tested the unit in night, day, rain, and shine, and itโs held up quite well. For day driving regardless of weather, picture is clear as can be, I am really happy with the quality of the picture. I have yet to test on a rainy night, but night driving is also good quality. I saw a lot of complaints about only being able to see headlights in the picture, but that will happen regardless of camera quality. If someone is tailgating you, all you can see is their headlights beaming at you, thatโs just how it is. Speaking of night driving, I really liked the brightness adjustable feature, we drove late into the night and I was able to gradually turn the brightness down with a flick of my finger. Really great feature. You are also able to adjust the cameras view (up and down) so if you are struggling with a parking job you can move the camera down to see the bumper of the car behind you. The safe driving assist features are really oil, but I did not get to test them, besides the G-Force setting, which you can set a threshold of impact to save the recording. I had mine set to Low, meaning low sensitivity to impact, but it registered every little pothole I went over, which got annoying, so I turned that feature off. As for the other โsafe drivingโ features, I didnโt get to test any of them, calibrating them looked really easy, and the tech looks really cool, but I donโt drive enough to get good use out of the blind spot features, etc. One small gripe I have is the mirror stays on after you turn the car off (my cars cigarette lighter always stays on, apparently), which furthered my need for a hardwire kit. However, when you power the mirror off getting out of the car, the mirror auto powers on if you have been gone long enough. Kind of confusing, but if you turn the mirror off when getting home from work, it will power on in the morning. However, if you turn it off at the grocery store, and come back, the unit will not power itself on. All in all, I highly recommend this product. The features and quality you get for this price is unbeatable, and customer service is great to help out any kinks you have in the process of installation or setup. Highly recommend for anyone trying to up the technology in their car, or those who want a great backup camera.

Product exceeded my expectations
My new (new to me) 2006 Subaru Outback is a longer vehicle than Iโm used to, so I knew I would back into something sooner or later if I didnโt add a camera. No dash cam in a car that old, so I found the rearview mirror screen a great option.I put the system in myself, and it took about 4 or 5 hours. I probably could have done it faster, but I wanted to make sure it was done correctly. This is not a project for the average driver! I have an engineering degree and I like doing stuff like this, and even with all that going for me I found it had some challenges (such as routing the wires around side airbags). I canโt imagine a professional car place doing it faster or better. I wrap the wires in plastic tubing when it has to make a turn around (or near) metal. Even routing the wires with all this attention and care, I found I still had to make some sacrifices with the wires exposed here and there. Not a big deal to most people, but I like to have it cleanly installed with practically zero wires showing.Splicing into the reverse light provided some challenges too, but that was mainly due to the factory wire harness having zero slack to work with! They donโt plan for aftermarket stuff, so why would they make the wires any longer than they have to be?I donโt use the GPS option because I donโt feel like I need it, and I donโt want to deal with the wires or sticking the sensor on the windshield.I connected it to a power source that cuts on and off with the key, so I donโt use the parking monitor option. I just wanted to record driving. So the system starts up when I turn on the engine, and cuts off when I turn off the engine. I tapped into the fuse box (search for โautomotive fuse tapโ) with a fused plug-in connector. These things are great because when you hook them up correctly they give you power, fused for protection, and eliminate the need to cut and splice any wires. You do have to find a good ground connection, of course. When itโs all connected, it will remember your last view. I leave mine looking at the rear view. Sometimes I turn the screen dark (either manually pushing the button, or saying โturn off screenโ) and just use it as a regular mirror. The video still records even when the screen is dark. My back window is tinted, so it doesnโt give the best view that way (either reflecting, or with the camera mounted on the inside). When I look at the reflection with the back hatch open, the view is pretty bright and looks close to a regular mirror in the daytime. When you put it in reverse, the back view changes. It switches to a downward angle, and has the red/yellow/green guide lines. Then when you change out of reverse, it goes back to your previous view. This is nice feature. I had assumed Iโd have to choose between a straight view out the back, or a downward view for safety backing up, but was glad I get both.I played with the lane features and blind spot detection on an out of town trip, but I do not use them in town. I just keep them turned off so they remain silent.Iโve checked the recordings a couple of times, and all seems to be ok. Itโs a little awkward to get the card out and take it inside to plug it into my desktop computer, so I donโt do it often. The audio isnโt the greatest, but itโs ok. Iโm not sure if itโs just the one I got, or if they all have a little sound distortion. The sound works, but itโs just not as clear as other recorders Iโve used.Overall, I really like this system, and would definitely buy it again.

Great product and customer service
I had a great experience with the customer support. Although my device was out of warranty, they went above and beyond by arranging an exception for me. The return process was clear, and I appreciated their willingness to help find a resolution. Iโm very satisfied with the outcome!

Great product and customer services
This is one of the best cameras Iโve ever ordered! The quality is truly impressive โ the video is clear, and I love that I can easily replay all the footage thatโs been captured. It even has settings for both day and night, so I can clearly see any objects or cars nearby no matter the lighting. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely above and beyond. When my charger broke, I reached out to Peelse for help, and they responded quickly and kindly sent me a replacement Type-C cord. That thoughtful gesture really showed how much they care about their customers.Overall, the Peelse camera is a great product with amazing features and top-notch support. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality camera system!

Good but a few significant issues.
I bought this from a recommendation. I opted to use a 3rd party OBD (USB-C) connector instead of hard wiring. Took about 15 minutes to install the front camera, test out connection and placement of rear, but will take longer to run wires. My JLU mirror is roughly 8.5" so the 10" was recommended to fit well. The catch is that your JLU mirror may be wide top, narrow bottom and this is reverse, so it looks off. Couple this with the fact that the camera is "thin" but the harness and hook system are bulky and it looks large and clunky. I was unable to use the replacement mount as it does not work with the JLU mirror. To my dismay, I quickly learned that the 10" does not fit well on the Wrangler JLU, as you cannot pull the sun visor up, or down without turning the mirror hard right to give it clearance. The camera is wide screen, so you can adjust the up/down angle via the settings to get the view you desire. Unfortunately I was unable to find a way to adjust the left/right angle. As a result, I see far more of the passenger side of the road than I prefer due to the camera placement. The surface is a mirror, so it can be used as a standard rear view when the display is off. This feature is also a flaw. Darn near impossible to see the rear video in the daylight as the reflection is always there (see image). I anticipated and confirmed this was worse at night when car lights are behind you. I tried using the camera to back up and it's hard to do. It's a functional recording, but almost useless as a "live" rear view.Camera and phone Wifi was an easy connect, reconnects automatically near vehicle. The video and image quality is great. Used for recording front/rear accidents, or as night security, this system is excellent. As a usable live camera and mirror, not so much.

This is the Dash Cam to get!
The Pelsee P10 Plus has been a fantastic dash cam in my suv. The screen is responsive, image is crystal clear, and the videos it records look very clear and sharp. My favorite feature is the Timelapse mode when parked. Itโs like having a surveillance camera on your car on the front and the rear. It was super easy to install. I tapped into the reverse light wire to display the backup camera when in reverse and it works wonderfully. I also bought the mounting bracket for this dash cam so I could get rid of my mirror and it has worked like a charm. I highly recommend the Pelsee p10 Plus. It looks elegant, itโs reliable, and incredibly easy to install.

Incredibly dash cam
Such a good choice for me so far. The video quality is clear, day or night, and I can usually make out licence plates without any trouble. The GPS is reliable too. The menus are easy to use, just like on my phone. The sound isn't the best but that's fine. Everything you need to install it yourself is included. The touchscreen works well, and I like that the front camera adjusts to fit behind my mirror. It side slides so it can fit your mirror regardless of the size. It's got a bunch of features that are easy to figure out and actually useful. Plus, it comes with a memory card, which is a nice touch. The front and rear cameras captures every detail with precision, even in low-light conditions. The parking mode feature provides peace of mind when leaving my vehicle unattended, as it automatically records any incidents. Overall, the P10 2.5K Rear View Mirror Camera exceeds expectations with its features, performance and ease of use.

Absolutely amazing
I would highly recommend this dash cam. We have came from using nextbase for many years and thought we would try a cheaper alternative which is worth the price they charge.Very easy to fit and get up and running in seconds, unless like me you wired it properly hiding the wires. It records front and rear at the same time and would recommend setting the video to 2.5k for the best quality. Reverse function is very handy as you get a reverse grid to help navigate, but you will need to splice into your reverse light wire.Gives you a handy direction of travel to help emergency services find your direction of travel on roads.Only real drawback to it is that when the sun hits it you really have to focus on the screen.
