Review: Awesome - I had another of these and I loved them. Very comfortable, waterproof, BOA, and look good. Couple of things that set these apart. They have a BOA which doesn't seem very popular here but I love them especially in a gold shoe. Slip in and tighten, or loosen or to get a rock or sand out is so much faster and easier and no laces is a game changer. If you have never used BOA's I recommend trying these for sure, I bet you switch over. The Boa is on the top, not sure if you have has other boa's with it on the back or side of the shoe, but it's awkward and a hassle, so having in on the top is a big deal I deal and much easier to tighten with and a better fit without having to contort yourself and foot while tightening, which defeats the purpose. I have usually have several pairs of shoes, many are white and I clean them all the time but I was determined to not get white this time and these blue ones look much cleaner for much longer. I wear a lot of blue clothing so it works well for me. Review: Great for non-slip walking/EXCELLENT LACES - I bought these for walking because the asphalt in my local park can be very slippery when wet. Had another pair of Eccos that went out from under me on a section with texture. It was like stepping on an ice rink. These passed the test. It was still a touch slippery but I stuck. I also can walk on the grass, obviously, since these are golf shoes. They seem to breathe very well, were snug when laced but left my toes free to wiggle. A note on size, I have an 8.5-9 foot, Narrow. That is usually a 39.5N European. These are a 39 BUT they run a bit large on length. They lace tight enough and I like the extra toe space. I got white so I’ll see how the cleaning goes over time. I don’t have carpet but that could be an issue indoors, especially a SHAG OR DEEP PILE. I use indoor/outdoor mats throughout my house and these shoes are fine, no catching. After a week of 3 mi walks I’m still extremely pleased and will add that I LOVE THE LACES! Because my feet are narrow I need to lace tightly. I usually do a double knot but have floppy lace loops that come undone as I walk. These Laces are plump and so both comfortable and amazingly secure. They never loosen yet are easy to undo. They don’t slice my fingers like flat laces—I am a delicate flower. I want them for all my shoes.

Great for non-slip walking/EXCELLENT LACES

Decent quality as always
Great style and excellent quality from ECCO as always. My husband says these fit well and are comfortable, and I think they look stylish on him. He prefers dark colours, so these are perfect for him.

Update - Returned
Update - Due to the leather staining my feet and ankles I returned these. Living in hot and wet climate may have contributed, but ultimately it's the dye in these shoes and I don't want to have to deal with blue stains on my skin. Original review below: As someone that walks multiple rounds a week I care a lot about quality golf shoes. They need to be comfortable and not cause issues such as blisters or sore feet. Waterproof shoes are a must for me, lots of rain and wet rounds where I live. The good -These Ecco shoes appear very high quality, better than similarly priced options from other manufacturers. -The leather and insert are soft and comfortable. -In the two rounds I've worn them, it seems they are waterproof. -Despite not having loops or tabs on the tongue or heel, they are easy to get in and out of. Just lift the BOA knob to unlock and they open nice and wide. The bad -For my size 8 feet, the 8-8.5 sizing is a bit too large. Even with the BOA system as tight as can be made, they are still loose. -Bigger issue, the leather dye used on the tongue of the shoe leaves a blue stain on my feet that resembles a bruise! No amount of scrubbing has removed it, only lessened it a little bit. With all that said, I'm going to try some inserts to improve the fit and hope the dye stops staining my feet. I needed new shoes and was looking forward to my first pair of BOA laced shoes.

Don't think twice. Best shoe for the money I've ever purchased.
I have a golf shoe collection of every major brand. You could argue the design is bit "unique" with the BOA style knob on the shoe, but if you're looking for comfort right out of the box, durability, quality, and performance-I find it hard to top Ecco. And this model sits at the top of the list. The leather, the insole, the fit and finish all exceed expectations and the quality in workmanship really sets this shoe apart. I did notice it was half size off but after removing one of the additional insoles, that Ecco, intelligently includes, it fits like a glove. I've not played many rounds yet in these and will add an update in 6 months after the shoes have some experience. Now that I’ve owned the shoe for several months, I will add that my comments stand for the comfort, durability and overall satisfaction. The BOA system, although very convenient for putting on and taking off the shoe has proven challenging in maintaining appropriate attention given the stretching of the shoe I’ve purchased two other pairs since and went with the lace versions.

They are OK
I like the BOA. They are comfortable and fit great, walked a round without issues right out of the box . The soft spikes are ok, but need to be more aggressive. Soles are problem good for Florida type grasses. However, shoe does NOT clean well and does not stay clean. Dirt seem to stain these shoes.

First Experience with ECCO Golf Shoes
I really like these shoes so far after playing 3 rounds while wearing them. I will say that they are slightly larger than the normal fit but will keep them as the next size down that is available would be to small. I only mention this so if someone is on the fence about size like a half size difference, they may want to go with a smaller size. All in all, they are very good golf shoes.

いつもは26.5を履いてるが、26.0を購入。サイズぴったりでした。ミズノのジェネムの26.0の3Eではちょっと窮屈だったけど、これはまだ余裕ある。1.5ラウンドでも楽勝でした。

Not first time wearing Ecco shoes and they are undoubtedly good for comfort, but after just 6 months of wearing about once a week, the sole has started coming off to my disappointment! Not sure what the warranty coverage is here but I’d be very disappointed if I’m only getting 6 months of use from the money paid for this pair of nice shoes!
