this one is the best of best
I ve used about 14 different kinds of hearing aid/amp. $8,000 Siemens to $350 sk hearing aid... but... this one is the best of best. I'm going to order 6 more of them for spare.

Lasted just under 2 months.😟 Hearing aid 🌟 and AMAZON = 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟!!
Have very small ears. This hearing aid worked well for me at first.Lasted two months. Worked well until it didn't. Was very very disappointed. Contacted Amazon direct and their customer service took care of everything.

I put it in my right ear (the supposed good one) and figured out that I'm pretty well broken ...
Wow, I only bought 1 for my left ear. I realized the second that I put it in, that I am far more hard of hearing than I had realized. I put it in my right ear (the supposed good one) and figured out that I'm pretty well broken in both ears. LOL My girlfriend says, these are life savers for her too. I no longer have the TV set at full volume of 100, Now Im at 19 instead. I just ordered another for my Good ear.

Its not perfect. The small rubber piece that goes in the ear, can come out and stays in the ear.
I bought this for my mom. She does have hearing loss and, even with hearing aids, she still has a hard time hearing. So I thought I would try the amplifier. To my huge surprise, the first time she used it, she looked at me and asked me to lower the volume on the television. I was amazed and thrilled that she could hear!! We were very happy with this amplifier . It does make occasional buzzing noises. Which can be annoying. So it’s a 50/50 purchase! She can hear which is great but the buzzing noise and the plastic piece coming off is a bit of a problem.

it works, but could be better
Amplifies every noise around you, especially wind noise. If you are driving with the heat or air conditioning on, you will not be able to hear conversation in the car. In smaller enclosed spaces it will have a noticeable lag from what you will hear in the other ear and sounds will echo like you are in a barrel or cave. I got it to help me hear conversation when in groups of people. It helps, but is not what I was hoping for. It might help to have two, but one is not optimal.

No battery no stars
One thing I value highly is customer service. The hearing aid arrived and there is no battery included. I expect it to work but I did not expect bad customer service.

Amplifier makes your own voice huge.
Thought it would get better with time. My voice is definately louder but I was not having a problem hearing myself. Did not do much to help me hear others and the static was constant and I just can't get use to it. Used it for two months unfortunately, now that I know it is not going to get any better my window to return it has past.
