I got these for myself after experiencing a year of hell with my symptoms being extreme mood swings to the point of being enraged but not having a good reason for it, tiredness and frequent awakenings throughout the night as well as being depressed, anxious, frequently dizzy and gaining weight despite my diet not being any different from the last few years. Only on my second month of these but I can really feel the difference. I've changed my contraceptive pill following the start of a few perimenopausal symptoms and this has played havoc with my skin, the horrible acne that plagued my teenage years was back with a vengeance so I started taking these supplements for a month or so before Christmas, then ran out and I've started up again last week and my skin has been a lot better with no other changes in my skincare routine/diet/exercise. These gel tablets haven’t agreed with me. Over all my energy improved and my mental acuity improved but I think it’s either the sweetener in them or the probiotics. My guts have been really overactive multiple movements through the day. My stomach felt sore I stopped taking them and the soreness went away. So just 3 stars because of this.

These should only be taken for temporary use. I had forgotten to give an honest review on this. The dosage is far too high so when it ran out I didn't restock. It does relate or increase your energy at all. The taste isn't so good. The body knows what it likes and how it best navigate itself through the journey of Peri-Menopause. Good nutritional food and exercise which is free plus good bed time routine and I was back on track naturally. If you want to try them best check with your pharmacy or doctor firstly then if all good then it's up to the individual themselves. But for me nature knew best and I'm glad that I'm in tune with my body that didn't want anymore.

Textura gominola que hace que se tomen fácilmente. Las compré por las reseñas que leí. Tengo muchos síntomas por la perimenopausia, sofocos, insomnio, ansiedad, etc...a los pocos días de tomarlas empecé a notar que dormía mejor, y que los sofocos eran menos frecuentes y menos fuertes. No han desaparecido los síntomas, pero si se han aliviado y me siento mejor. Voy a comprar el segundo bote.

Not sure it they've made a difference but will keep taking them for another few weeks and hopefully the effects will be more prominent by then. Would prefer a different flavour gummy though, not a fan of the strawberry.
