Missing access code from IELTS 19
Big issue with the IELTS 19 book I received. The online access code slip has been compromised.Specifically:---- The code slip appears to have been cut or torn, leaving only the last four characters of the first code visible.---- The second code is fully visible, without the expected scratch-off layer, unlike the access codes in IELTS 18 and 17.I just raised a replacement IELTS 19 book with a complete and unscratched online access code.FYI, IELTS 18 and 17 were received in satisfactory condition, and I will provide feedback on their access codes after verification.I will update the feedback if I get everything in good condition.

Scratch code to activation - Quality issue
The codes are not working for the book IELTS 19, and the scratching codes sometimes erases the letters of the code. Find a better solution to address this.
