I have been on oxygen therapy for 3 straight years because I have COPD. I research a lot and this product kept coming up. I love these Mullen, Drops, I was a smoker, heavy smoker I quit and immediately I started using mullein I got up all the phlegm and then my lungs had bigger capacity. I've been a smoker for 40 years. I used to be a 2 pack a day smoker, but now, a pack will last me 4-5 days, so I've cut down a lot. Needless to say, I haven't been kind to my lungs. Recently, the coughing and chest tightness was getting bad. I've made an appointment with my doctor to get off nicotine completely, but I just wanted to feel better. This had a good taste to it. It is easy to use and Mullein Leaf extract is good for the lungs. I don't even smoke, but I like to use it. Happy lungs, happy life. Decently priced to help you breath.

The bottle lasted plenty of time for me, I'm not sure how much it actually helped me, but it didn't hurt, and it's easy to take.
