No need to search any further, this one is good!
This has been the best multivitamin for me. I used it for months, then thought something like Thorne might be better. I bought a three month supply of Thorne and while I cannot say any negatives, the positive energy and not feeling I need an afternoon nap is the feeling Gorilla Mind gives me. So, yes, I noticed a positive difference taking this multiple vitamin and I am back to it and sticking with it. Great option and blood work stays good when on it.

Great Overall Multivitamin!
Great Multivitamin, I feel more recovered and more nourished after my first 30 days. Great dosages, there isn't much of a taste, which is good, the value is great IMO, they feel good with the texture being soft. I know all of my cells and fibers are enjoying the added micronutrients, I definitely recommend!

Ok multivitamin with egregious dosage requirement
As far as the actual vitamins go, these are pretty typical. Large cellulose capsule, slight earthy taste, needs a big gulp of water to swallow. No issues there. But the required dosage as listed is absurd. 3 capsules twice a day! 6 capsules just to get the listed vitamin count. Meaning that 180 vitamins will only last you 30 days. This seems like an absurd amount of capsules to me since most other vitamins only require 2-3 per day, if not 1.
