Barcode not working for user manual,color not true like 4k, bright more reqire,ok for startup experience

I bought the pixaplay 55 for 12k few months back and it worked for a week or 2 and then it doesn't even swtich on anymore!!!. I tried to search nearby service centres . both are > 80kms away.. And saw very bad customer reviews about one centre. And the other don't even have a customer care number. And just now i saw the same product for 8k as part of GISF! Feels like everyone fooled me..

I started seeing black spots in the image. Will take it to service center.

clarity missing

With in 2 weeks after purchasing this projector I got this black spot problem, and after taken to the service center they told me I will be repaired in 5 working days, their service people don’t even know how to open their projector at following with them 3 days they gave me the answer that they don’t know what’s the problem they sent it to delhi service center and then after following up with them for days and several call with customer care they told they Also don’t know the problem and told me that they have dispatched the new projector now after 15 days I got my projector and they told me there is no problem they have checked it and gave me my old remote with this. New projector and after coming home and i took the projector to watch, guess what h The remote is not working which means u again have to go their service center, i don't what kind of people they have hired in the crevice who don’t any thing and lier also. How they can heck when remote is not working. Please my suggestion don’t buy this projector in gurgaon or delhi there crevice center is really poor.
