Poor cooling, nothing more than an expensive fan!
Purchase for my daughter small bedroom--the first one came and had to be returned as the bottom pieces that hold the unit upright were mismatched. Amazon replaced product in a timely fashion. Received the second one, called customer service for a couple of questions regarding the cooling ability and use of product--they were great. Tried out the unit----fan is powerful but that is about it. DOES NOT COOL as promised in description. If you are looking for an upright fan that looks nice and does not take up much room, then this is a product for you. If you are looking to cool off a very small room, you will be disappointed. I really had high hopes for this unit.

A bit disappointing
I have found this fan to be far less than the reviews. With the fan set on the highest speed, it only pushes air out about a foot or so. The description says it swivels sixty degrees but my unit only moves about twenty degrees. The water tank is much smaller than what is shown. Most importantly, it does not cool at all. I am sure there are much better alternatives especially at this price.

Quiet and space saving
Fits perfectly in a corner of a room. You definitely need to add the ice packs or ice cubes to the water to get the “cold” air. Side note: don’t over tighten the fan to the base, otherwise it will make noise and you’ll have to redo… speaking from experience

Portable and Efficient
I’m impressed with this air conditioner’s cooling performance. The 3-in-1 design is efficient, and the 60° oscillation covers a large area. Great buy!

Does not cool
Based on the price and positive reviews, I had high expectations for this air conditioner. I followed the instructions, but the air was not cool. I used it in my bedroom, which is a small area, and it just blew air. It was not cold at all. Also, I had to place it about a foot away from me just to feel the air. I tried to get a refund, but they only gave me a partial one and it was NOT satisfactory. I am so disappointed. I do NOT recommend this product.
