Does the cream 'warm' the area or cause that tingling sensation many other creams do?

That is a good question. No warming like "Icy Hot" nor any discernable tingling, skin feels slightly greasy for the first 3 - 5 minutes, then it all is absorbed into the skin. Relief for me even before it completes the absorption, especially for mild criks in neck, or sore shoulders, or tired muscles in back. NO SMELL either. Truth is I buy by the dozen when they are on sale. I have a tube by the bed, another in the bathroom, another by my recliner and a last one on my work table. It doesn't make you well, it just gives a few hours of relief, which often is all I need.

does it work as well as arnica

Works better for me and fast. Right after putting a little on I can feel the muscles loosen a bit and my range f motion is better. Just takes a tiny bit.

How long will cream tube?

You know, different people have different body chemistry and therefore different experiences with this cream, just as with anything. For me, it is a godsend. It relieves the sciatica pain in my lower back, hip and leg when the pain is keeping me awake. To say that it is junk or that the company is exploiting those of us with back pain is very myopic. I'm sorry it didn't work for you, but it works very well with my body chemistry, and for many others as well. No one is exploiting anyone. The reason there are so many products is because different products work for different people.
