Banging bangers

The sausages are so full of flavour without being herby or peppery the skin on them forms a perfect crispy banger when cooked in the oven or air fryer, not tried grilling or frying these as they are so meaty and big. Flavour of these is how sausages USED to be a long time ago before all the additives made it on the scene
