First, ONLY buy a "Brushless" cordless power tool. In small battery-operated DC Motors, brushes are tiny and don't last. Second, inductive DC motors are quicker to respond and deliver more torque at the same RPM compared to brush-style DC tools. Third - this little beauty has a good design, is properly engineered, and well-manufactured. It has a PROPPER 3/8" Chuck that opens to 5/8, allowing it to easily swallow up ALL 3/8" tools. And the chuck features "D-Tent" opening and closing. While the "Home Repair" extras are just that, don't be fooled by the low budget accesories. Its the Drill and Self Indicating Charge batteries that are worth the couple extra bucks.

I was especially happy that it comes with two batteries — very convenient for continuous work. The drill is powerful yet lightweight and feels comfortable in the hand. The case is sturdy and makes it easy to store and carry. I use it for small home repairs, and it works perfectly! Very satisfied with the purchase — highly recommend!

Everything came as shown drill seems to work nice with good power… however case was broke on one side in latch area but nothing to cause problems.

I own a circular knitting machine and purchased an adapter to the machine so that I can attach a drill. I shopped extensively and learned about the possibility of a brushless motor. This drill checks all the boxes. I can’t believe everything that is included in my purchase. I will certainly use the drill for home projects. Right now, setting it up with my knitting machine has made life extremely easy. I had some questions about using the drill for this particular situation. The seller was very responsive in answering my questions. I did purchase another drill before I purchased this one. That other drill did not have the brushless motor. The two motors sound very different and I was concerned that there was a problem. I learned that brushless motors do sound different and are much more efficient and durable. I also just purchased a treadmill from Costco that brags about a brushless motor. I am extremely happy with my purchase. It is nice that I could attach that little Velcro strap so that they trigger can be used without my having to squeeze it for the knitting process

Compact and gets the job done

This is an okay starter drill. I bought this for my 15 year old son to do little projects and it's fine for that but if you have projects that are a bit more on the heavy duty side I'd keep looking. The storage box is okay as well but after a couple times of using items they don't hold as well and just fall out when case is closed and moved. Quite light weight.
