I don't know how to explain, but you gotta try it to understand it. I switched to redmond after using pink himalayan salt for years and can instantly tell the difference, the downside is however il have to invest in a bulk bag next time because the prices for this over here are ridiculous. Very tasty high quality salt.

I usually use celtic salt but tried this out of curiosity as our American friends quite like it and can report its really good, unsure which has more health benefits but will always have both in the house
