Original Zechstein Magnesium Oil Sensitive - Magnesium Chloride Spray + 99,9% Aloe Vera - 300 ml

I get night cramps in my feet and itchy lower legs sometimes, and got this spray with that area in mind, but I’ve also been using it on an aching shoulder. Since I started using it I haven’t had any major problems, or woken up in the middle of the night, but rather than declaring this some kind of miracle cure, I will just stick with saying “so far, so good”.Application is very simple, I haven’t been using a lot of it and it rubs in straightforwardly. You can rub it into the back of your own shoulder blade without help, assuming you have no dexterity issues. It rubs in fairly invisibly and doesn’t leave the skin feeling excessively oily or glossy.The first time I used it, I overdid it slightly on the application and there was a very gentle stinging sensation- but it didn’t feel dangerous or burning, and it felt more akin to a Deep Heat-style effect. I washed it off quickly just in case, and would urge caution. But to me that did at least indicate that there are genuinely active ingredients in here, if in small quantities, and it’s not a snake oil of coloured water.Other reviewers have said that this stuff smells of wee. While I think it maybe has a colour that’s a little bit urine-like (and completely different from the clear liquid shown in the current product photos), I really don’t detect that problem in the smell. Yes it’s a little bit metallic, but to me the main note of the aroma is aloe vera. And overall there’s very little smell to it, compared to other oils.I won’t get carried away about its efficacy yet, but I’m convinced enough so far that I’ve worked this into my nightly routine. So far, so good.

When I saw this for review I have to admit I was dubious to try being that it's just a topical version of Magnesium. This week I discovered I have indeed two injuries after speaking to my GP via video link. I have a long term shoulder rota cuff injury from last June 2019 and a new injury caused during lockdown which is a tennis elbow. Both have been equally painful and more so these last few months but these last two weeks I was getting desperate as nothing was touching it and the one that was cream wise lasted for about a hour. As a result my sleeping has gone out the window as I was in constant pain and climbing the walls. So I tried this and just using it the first day, I noticed a difference. I'm able to straighten my arms with a lot less pain. My GP thinks I've irritated the tendons and the Ulvna nerve. So you can imagine my exercise has come to a stand still as I have had issues even picking up a full cup of tea with my right arm.So it comes in a pump spray bottle and is a slightly tinted colour. It's listed as a oil but not in the greasy sense when applied but a dry oil. To be it smells a bit like rapseed oil and it's very running so it's a case of squirting and quickly rubbing in. In the week I have been using it, I have felt a vast improvement and didn't know oils like this existed. I've already recommended to my Mother with her leg and arm issues.

Tested on a chronically ill person.Magnesiumm oil with 99.99% aloe Vera extract.This arrived with the lid broken and oil on my other items!There is 300ml of this oil in a tall clear bottle. This did leak a little if I shook it. This is aimed to help tired and sore muscles.Spray onto skin and gently pat or leave to dry.Initially, it was a shock because of the coldness, and honestly, this really hurt where my muscles are the worst to flinch! After the shock, the coolness was quite nice, I much preferred letting it dry too, just to make the feeling last longer!After a few days use, I've noticed where the muscles are very bad in my back, shoulder, neck and arm, it hasn't helped at all. However, in a couple of other places, it has helped a little. On the evening, my calf muscles hurt and ache a lot, this has helped a little here. My lower back I felt hasn't been as terrible as usual, I'm unsure if this is due to this oil or if my back if just having a break for a change!Overall, I'm unsure if I would continue to use this, even though it gives you really soft skin! I think with some more painful aches, it doesn't do enough, maybe with day to day aches it would help more. Not for chronic warriors though.

Early days, so far so good.This magnesium spray arrived simply packed and in perfect condition.It's bigger than expected (bonus!) and has a slight fragrance, something fresh and not too intrusive.I have rheumatoid arthritis and multiple health issues, including the joys of restless legs.Anyone who suffers from restless legs knows how utterly awful it is. Magnesium is one of the very few things that seem to be consistently recommended.This spray is easy to use, especially for back pain. I also use a magnesium based cream which I have put to one side while I give this spray a chance. I have been spraying this on my knees, ankles, calves and thighs, and massaging it in.Although it's early days, it certainly isn't making anything worse!I will pop back in a few days and update this review as necessary.Currently priced at £12.14.I hope you find this review helpful, thanks for reading.

When arrive was look like was already used ! Horrible ! Wet lid , two fingers down liquid! If the example is coming like that what about the proper one ?! However very disappointed doesn’t have English instructions so I needed to google it . Muscle pain relief magnesium spray is waist of Money sticky , doesn’t apply easy . And collect mosquitoes! No thanks

Ho scoperto questo tipo di prodotti ai sali di magnesio da alcuni siti in cui alcune persone che lamentavano dolori muscolari e articolari e vari tipi di mialgie trovavano beneficio. Sali del mar morto ed altri simili...In estate ho verificato di persona che una breve nuotata di qualche minuto in acqua di mare (sicilia)Mi dava immediatamente dei benefici così in autunno inoltrato quando non mi è stato possibile andare al mare se non ai tropici con una modica spesa ho acquistato Vitabay - Spray all’olio di magnesio del mare di Zachstein ed aloe vera. Trovato subito ottimo al primo utilizzo a parte un leggero prurito. Se lo utilizzate come olio da massaggio quindi evitare zone sensibili ed intime o ferite che potrebbero causarvi bruciore,lo consiglio circa 10 minuti prima della doccia per evitare il prurito che provoca questo olio di magnesio.Va bene per tutto il corpo piedi,gambe, braccia, spalle…!!

Nutze das Produkt im Kampf gegen vorwiegend nächtliche Muskelkrämpfe in den Unterschenkeln und Füßen. Glaube es erziehlt eine gute Wirkung. Da mein Problem akut und ziemlich heftig ist, habe ich zur gleichen Zeit auch Magnesium Tabletten eingenommen. Meine Wahrnehmung der Wirkung beider Produkte ist daher leider sicher etwas verfälscht durch die Wirkung des jeweils anderen. Kann aber soviel sagen, gehe ich ohne Magnesium in irgendeiner Form zu nutzen ins Bett, stehe ich die Nacht nicht durch. Nehme ich 2-3 Tabletten und massiere das Öl auf Unterschenkeln und Füße, habe ich keine Probleme. Darüberhinaus kann ich sagen, dass das Öl sehr einfach in der Anwendung ist und schnell einzieht. Vorsicht ist geboten, wo man das Spray nutzt. Tropfen die auf den Boden gelangen, machen ihn je nach Oberfläche sehr rutschig. Werde das jedoch nicht negativ dem Produkt anrechnen. Man muss halt aufpassen.

Das Produkt wurde pünktlich, gut verpackt und innerhalb kurzer Zeit geliefert. Bei dem Produkt handelt es sich um eine einfache Flasche mit dem Inhalt von Magnesiumschlorid. Dass die sein ist sehr einfach gehalten und die Verpackung nicht sehr aufwändig. Jedoch sind Pluspunkte dass auf der Rückseite eine genaue Bedienungsanleitung, sowie die Inhaltsstoffe und deren Wirkung genau aufgelistet und erklärt sind. Das Produkt kann man ganz einfach auf die Haut sprühen und es sieht relativ schnell ein. Anfangs ist es geruchsneutral jedoch ist es an bestimmten Bereichen wie zum Beispiel an den Schultern (nah an der Nase) irgendwann ein leichter Geruch wahrzunehmen. Ansonsten nutze ich das Produkt als Sportler sehr gerne da bei Muskelkater oft so eine Hilfe notwendig ist. Ich benutze dieses Spray, da ich gelesen habe das Magnesium über die Nahrung nur zu 30 % aufgenommen wird, und über die Haut zu 90 %. Ich habe bereits eines von dieser Marke, jedoch hat dieses Spray hat außerdem noch einen Aloe-Vera Zusatz, der einen minimalen leckeren, beruhigen Duft abgibt. Daher bevorzuge ich nun das  Ansonsten ist das Spray vom Geruch her fast neutral. Das Auftragen ist aufgrund der leichten Sprühfunktion sehr angenehm. Ich benutze es morgens und abends, und trage es auf die Unterarme und auf die Beine auf. Da meine Augenlider öfters zucken, war dies eine neue Alternative, und es hat tatsächlich funktioniert! Innerhalb einer Woche war es endlich weg. Eindeutige Kaufempfehlung!
