Perfect fit and easy install.
Perfect fit for the 2014 Tundra. Takes 10 minutes to install, check YouTube for instructional videos. Didn’t realize how worn out the original was. Nice soft open and muck lighter to close now.

Good as new in 5 minutes!
The tailgate support seems to be of good quality. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to install. And equally impressed at the final outcome as the shock allowed for super easy smooth opening. Once you remove the old shock, this one easily snaps into place and functions perfectly.

This one opens way to slow for my liking

Works great.
Easy to install. 2 torx screws, plastic pry tool to remove tail light. Small screwdriver to pop clips to remove old one. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Doesn’t fit
This is garbage. The eye on the non booted side (the top) is smaller than the stud. I don’t know if I got an anomaly and they screwed the wrong end on (stud is tiny like 4mm that it threads on). I rigged it to work by taking the clip off and drilling it out and putting the clip back but it’s not on flush like the bottom or the old one was too and bottom. I don’t trust it to not fall off. Don’t waste your money on this one.
