A tasty alternative to wheat-based scotch pancakes.
👍If you can't eat gluten, and find gluten free foods are not as nice, you will probably like these pancakes. I think they are as nice as scotch pancakes made with wheat flour. I like to toast these, and put some soft (plain) cheese, and then spoon a little apple sauce on top. Or yoghurt. If you have to eat dairy free foods, that would probably work as well. The Genius brand products I have tried have been very nice. 😊👍

If you like maderia cake thats like cardboard 👌
I don't usually write food reviews unless they need it.... I bought these because morrisons seems to like to block me from buying the real scotch pancakes and when they do let me I can only snag 1 or 2 packs so I decided while these were on offer to try them... They are quite clearly gluten free and in 38 years never tried any gluten free products.... I feel for people who cant eat gluten!!! Imagine if you will maderia cake... lovley fluffy maderia cake yes? Well these arent far off maderia flavour but it ends there 🤣 kind of like very sweet stale maderia cake to be honest, I will easily devour a pack of 6 real scotch pancakes and yet struggled to eat one of these! Very very sweet and very dry almost like cardboard 😆
