I recently purchased a sourdough baking kit, and it's been a game-changer for my home baking! I love these! At first I wasn't impressed as they seemed to create moisture. Now that I make a stiffer starter and better understand the sourdough process I love them. Super easy to clean up and if you add other ingredients such as cinnamon and sugar, REALLY easy clean up! They also don't take up much cupboard space because they fold into themselves!!

Easy to storage, and cleaning

I bake approximately 4 loaves of bread per week and a loaf or two of sourdough. I use these silicone baskets for proofing, rising, and baking in the oven in place of traditional bread pans or Dutch ovens(sourdough). Once the baking is done, my loaves remove easily from the baskets and the baskets go right in the dishwasher. Easy peasy. I've been baking bread for many years and have never had it so easy for baking and cleanup as I do with these.

I love the idea of these and them portability, but I do not like how much moisture they hold in the dough.

Super easy to clean. Bread does not get golden brown though.
