Highly recommended for the money!
Highly recommended! For the efficiency in cleaning! Amazing results! No to low fumes. Did not notice any smells. Low foam. After cleaning wiped tub out w paper towels, the tub was clean rinsed and ready to go! I would definitely purchase again best value for the money. Package well no leakage. The appearance afterwards was great. Durability and clarity was the key.

Wow, This Actually Worked
I bought this to clean a jetted tub, and wow, did it work. I knew the jets probably needed cleaning, but I was still surprised by how much junk this pulled out of the system. It is easy to use, and the results were obvious. After running it through the tub, the water showed exactly why a regular surface cleaning is not enough for a jetted tub. This gets into the plumbing and clears out the buildup you cannot see but absolutely do not want circulating when you use the bath. I also like that one bottle gives multiple cleanings, so it is not a one-and-done product. For something that actually works this well, that makes it a good value. If you have a jetted tub, whirlpool, or Jacuzzi-style bath, this is worth using. It is one of those products where you see the results immediately, and then wonder how long that mess had been hiding in there. Gross, but effective.

Works great, but beware of the fumes
I had recently cleaned my jetted tub using dishwasher detergent and I thought it was pretty clean. A few weeks later I used Oh Yuk and was amazed at how much more dirt came out of the jets. I feel the product does an excellent job in removing soap scum and other nasties living in the plumbing system. With that said, however, make sure the room is well ventilated. Once I filled my tub and added the 4 ounces of the product, the fumes immediately made me cough. I turned on the exhaust fan and opened a window then I left the room while the jets ran for 15 minutes. The active ingredient is quaternary ammonium, a known respiratory irritant. If you have any lung issues, you may wish to wear a protective mask. After emptying and cleaning the tub, I ran another full tub of plain water through the jets to ensure all of the product was removed. So overall, I think the product works great, but do be careful and avoid breathing in the fumes.

It works! Just buy it!
Might as well order it. I have been using several methods to clean our jetted tub. Bleach, dishwashing soap, etc but I never felt like I was getting it entirely clean or disinfected. I would see bits of material that I knew wasn’t from a bath so I quit using the tub because it grossed me out. I started reading the reviews and figured that I would try the “Oh Yuk” cleaner. It works fantastically! It got all of the little particles and oily residue that I didn’t even know was there! It looks so clean and smells so fresh! For only 15 minutes of your time and you have a beautiful clean tub and you know it’s clean for your peace of mind too. Follow the directions, vent the room, and turn on a fan. Fumes can be irritating from what I have read on previous posts so I followed their advice and all was good. There is enough cleaner for four cleanings. You will not be disappointed. From now on I will only use this cleaner.

Does the job and easy to use
Worked well. I had used other products in the past for a large jetted bathtub, but didn't like the amount of foaming, plus couldn't tell how much to put it (the containers were not transparent). I appreciated the clear bottle and measurement lines on this product. It did its job with one use. This is a great regular maintenance product. It's easy to put in every few uses without major work. I've now purchased three bottles.

Must have for jetted tubs!
Works well! Amazed and disgusted at the efficacy! Used twice within a month just to ensure a good clean and now the jetted tub runs clean! Will buy again!

How toxic is the solution
After first treatment, there was still residue coming out of drain..it says to fill the tub but do not put your hands in it..how do you drain it if you can't touch it

Watch your money go down the drain
***NOT 5 STARS - ONLY RATED THAT WAY SO THIS REVIEW WOULD BE SEEN*** I had high hopes for this product. We purchased a 10 year old home with a jetted tub that desperately needed cleaning. However, after 2 full bottles (8 cleans and 8 rinses, all more than the reccommend 15 minute time frame), countless hours of my life I'll never get back, and burning eyes and lungs (cause dang...the chemical smell/mist/release is STRONG even with open windows and fans) my tub was still disgusting. The nozzles didn't look a bit cleaner. The lines were still pushing out debris - both black gunk and soap scum. Went to buy MORE Oh YUK thinking i just needed to clean it more or that perhaps the tub really had never been cleaned. On a whim, I decided to look at the reviews that were 1 - 3 stars.... oh my Lanta!!!! I am NOT the first to have this issue by a long shot and I am thankful I didn't just purchase again. Also very thankful the tub finish didn't wear off, my water lines didn't break, or one of the many other issues that others had encountered using this product. I do not reccomend Oh YUK. At. All. Ever. Instead, I searched up home cleaning remedies for jetted tubs and found one that simply uses a Finish Powder Dish Tab and bleach. I did 2 cleans with this and my tub was WAY cleaner than anything I saw with Oh YUK... including what was coming out if the lines. 3 more cleans using the dish tab and bleach concoction and my tub is SPARKLING!!! I have very few, if any, specs floating from the jets, no tub ring, and my nozzles look new!! Plus, the smell was way more tolerable - similar to a public pool. Save your money, your time, and your tub. Go grab a $1 bottle of bleach, some dish tabs, and a new toilet brush to wash/scrub that tub of yours with. It'll work MUCH better and you'll be able to get back to doing things that are much more worth your time.

If you have a jet bathtub...USE THIS
We had always had suspicious "bits" floating in our jet bath and despite topping up the bath and switching on the power they still remained. I used a whole bottle of sterilising fluid recently and rinsed it all out and after few days I'd had a bath and had not used the power jets, ... to give it a quick clean. Got out of the bath and turned them on and was mortified to find the water was dark grey and the sediment at the bottom of the bath was literally black. (This must have been loosened by the sterilising product I had put in a few days before). I did some research on the web and found Oh Yuk. It had good reviews and so I ordered some. I used this as soon as I received. I topped up with cold water and added 2oz, turned on the jets and when I did ...I said "oh YUK"!!. The amount of gunk that came out of the pipes was appalling.....it left a sold black line round the bath! I left the bath running for half an hour, cleaned out the bath and then waited half an hour and did the same thing again. The second time it was almost clear. It does soap up but not overly... a bit like when you put a special oil based bath product in. The day after I filled up the bath and ran it without Oh Yuk and it was virtually clear. I am going to run it again with Oh Yuk system again. I will use this product every month from now on and although it is a bit pricey, it means that I know my jet pipes are being thoroughly cleaned and my family can have a power bath in complete confidence. It is really important to clean your pipes on your power bath as they harbour so much bacteria (which can make you ill) and it is easy to overlook that fact when we are busy. We can sometimes concentrate on the things we see, rather than the things we can't. Oh Yuk has taken care of that. Would really recommend Oh Yuk.

Use this before you use a jacuzzi.
I have used this product in two homes and it worked like a charm each time! I highly recommend this product. Full disclosure. I’ve never used this tub before. I just moved in and I’m cleaning before first use.
