I love these tools: really good quality and hand-saving!My only niggle is the fact that the case came with a broken handle (see picture), and there are only 3 soft sleeve bags yet there are 4 tools? Not sure if I have received an item previously returned by someone else?The tools themselves are immaculate though!

High quality items very well manufactured. Case is very well made and all items look great and perform very well. Only small issue is the carrying strap has broken away very quickly from the case. Not really relevant to treating people, but could be improved.
