I thought this was a lovely clear glass. I've seen these bottles in a local gift shop and they were so pretty, so I was really pleased to order this one - and I was not dissapointed!The answer to the question is, yes. There are enough stones to fill the bottom, in fact there are three bags that are enough to fill the base twice - so a mix of stones is required if you want it fully full like I do. The stones are obviously so beautiful. The glass chambers are completely independent and it is secure in holding my water. Beautiful to have and use.
