These cables work very well and have met my expectations. They charge efficiently and maintain a stable connection without interruptions, which makes them very reliable for everyday use. I decided to swap it out for this HDMI/DisplayPort, connecting my laptop docking station (both MacBook and PC) to my monitor - and WOW, what a HUGE improvement. I'm surprised because I wrongly assumed HDMI-only was superior to DisplayPort, but once I hooked it up it almost doubled the available resolution options for my monitor, improved the color and added color options, and enabled HDR support, which I previously thought I didn't have. I did have to do a little configuration for best results, but it seems now that maybe HDMI-DisplayPort is better for many monitor setups like mine, even if HDMI-only connection may still be optimal for other setups (like video only, or specific gaming, so I've read). Glad at least that I tried this cable - the quality is great for the price. Wish I tried them sooner!
