This company was very good to work with. They were quick to solve a problem that we had in the beginning by mailing out a replacement part - and we received it QUICK... like within 3 days from China! They communicated via email in a very quick & easy to understand manner... we felt the customer service was excellent - they truly did go above and beyond to make this work for us. The camera//monitor bundle itself works GREAT! You can set the default view of the monitor in many different choices - we have the monitor split like this: the top 1/2 is the rear, the bottom left is the left camera, and the bottom right is the right camera. When we turn on the right blinker - we have it set that the right camera takes over the whole monitor... ect... just like you would expect. The picture on the monitor is very good. Not perfect, but you certainly can clearly see what is behind and to the sides of you. This makes a huge difference in safety on the road in a big rig - and as a bonus, I wouldn't be driving this monster without something like it installed. We needed a longer cord to reach to the back ... it was no problem for this company to understand and include it. I would not have any problem recommending this product or this company to friends. In fact - I think I just did! ;-)

The Operation Manual was of little or no use. There are five Chanel wires for the cameras no problem. However, there are five "Trigger Wires" with NO explanation was to what they are for and NO wiring diagram for were they are to be connected if at all. In their Preface they state in part "Please wiring as diagram strictly" who ever wrote that. The thumb screw holes were to small for the thumb screws and had to be enlarge to attach the U-brackets. After waiting and delaying my cross country trip for a prime article that took four days to be delivered from when it was ordered I had to return it as it would not turn on. I would like to thank Amazon for refunding the one day shipping.

My husband was looking for such cameras for his customers. He tried several. He had one problem: couldn't figure out how to change mirror mode for front camera. He thought it was about channels, cables, wires... I emailed Amazon customer service, they knew nothing, as usual, they gave the manufacturer's email. Before I emailed, my husband found the problem. It was just in settings: mirror setting on or off. That solved the problem. It's a pity they don't sell it on Amazon anymore. Takes too long to get it from Ebay.
