Yummy!
Actually delicious! Great quality, great value for money, very relaxing drink. Tea bag is quite durable in the hot water and itโs easy on the stomach to digest. Great tea bags!

I believe this tea helped my milk come in!
I bought this tea 7 days post partum when I was struggling with milk supply after a horrible birth. I put one teabag in a 1.2litre Stanley cup and drank the lot overnight. I did the same the next day. By the morning, my milk had come in beautifully. Now, this could a coincidence of course! The tea tastes good (in my opinion) and the teabag will last 24 hours with multiple hot water top ups.Obviously the fact I was staying hydrated will have helped and maybe there is an element of placebo effect. I donโt care though, it worked! My little man is now gaining weight and our breastfeeding journey is going amazingly, despite a difficult start. As for value for money, I donโt think itโs too bad. The tea bags can be used more than once so they last a little while.

Comfortable caffeine-free breastfeeding tea with a pleasant herbal taste
HotTea Mama Milkโs Up is a caffeine-free herbal tea designed to support breastfeeding mums, using a blend of traditional ingredients like fenugreek, fennel, aniseed, nettle, and lemon verbena. In terms of features, the tea comes in biodegradable pyramid bags that brew a surprisingly strong, full-bodied cup. The blend is specifically formulated with โgalactagogueโ herbs, which are traditionally used to support milk production. Itโs also completely caffeine-free, so it wonโt affect sleep for mum or baby, and each bag can be re-brewed more than once, which makes the pack go further than expected. In real use, itโs an easy daily tea to incorporate into a routine. The taste is quite herbal, slightly sweet with earthy and spicy notes from the fenugreek, and itโs actually more pleasant than you might expect from a โfunctionalโ breastfeeding tea. Itโs also comforting as a warm drink during feeding sessions or while pumping, which adds to the overall experience even beyond the intended purpose. One thing to note is that the taste wonโt be for everyone โ itโs quite distinct and not your typical sweet tea, and like most herbal support products, results can vary from person to person when it comes to milk supply.Overall, this is best suited for new mums who want a natural, caffeine-free herbal option to support their breastfeeding journey, while also having a comforting daily tea during that stage.

Tea Time
These are really nice tasting, they taste better than they smell. I was sceptical about the 2 cups per bag but the second cup is as strong as the 1st one. They have help my milk supply, not by alot but enough to notice it, probably about 1-1.5oz. Only downside I found was a few of the bags had tears in so the contence was in the plastic bag so couldn't use them which was disappointing.

Worth every penny!
Tastes delicious and for me, it works immediately. I can drink a cup of this tea and will be able to pump almost twice as much afterwards. Works so well!

Gobsmacked to find it actually worked...
I want to open this review by saying I bought this tea with absolutely 0 expectation of it working, but desperate and willing to try everying! I've been EBF my LO since birth 5 weeks ago and additionally pumping once or twice a day to build up a freezer stash. Recently my milk supply dropped off so my pumping dropped from a regular output of 60-80ml per boob to a soulcrushing 10-20ml. Had this tea 2 days in a row and I kid you not my pumped output on the 2nd day jumped to 100ml output per boob!!!! Now it could be coincidence, I was actively staying super hydrated and did also have more oats in my diet too but it seems very coincidental. I'm day 3 of drinking the tea (once a day) and output still going strong. It doesn't taste the most amazing so wouldn't drink solely for pleasure but it's not offensive and by brewing for just 3-4 mins the first time there's plenty of flavour/colour left for a second brew the next day.If you're getting desperate to fix a dwindling milk supply I would highly recommend giving this a go, for me personally it was well worth the money! Will update if my supply drops off again.

Almost every (emptied) bag came with an open side
This tastes fine, I'd guess, but so expensive, especially when instead of being able to use these twice, I couldn't even get 1 cup out of each bag as they almost all came with one side of the bag open, leaving a mostly empty v expensive teabag plus a pack of messy dried herby bits at the bottom, others were stuck to each other, tho turns out they all mostly had gaping holes in anyway regardless of being conjoined.... even when i tried putting the sad bags in a teapot, there wasn't enough for even half a flavourful cup, let alone 2.Needless to say, I experienced no effect, no taste, no joy... and no money.Having a baby & severe executive dysfunction, ofc I missed the return window by 3 days - haven't even bothered to speak to Amazon about this as they're usually hard-line on the return window :(Just FYI, it seems unfair as many women struggling with lactation are easy marks and already feeling rubbish, potentially, so just to say, expensive doesn't necessarily = good;I've since bought a twin pack of 40 bags each box for the same money and I'm very happy with them.

Mrs loved it during her pregnancy

Tastes like liquorice
Did not seem to make a difference to my milk supply unfortunately. Taste was okay, but I'm not one for herbal teas, so to someone else it may taste delicious.

Decreased supply
After drinking two cups my milk decreased significantly. After two days I have almost completely lost my supply. Does NOT increase supply. Gave me tummy aches too and made baby very gassy. Not worth the risk!
