Just a quick review to say that I swear by these knives. They are superb for most day-to-day kitchen cutting, particularly great for smaller (i.e. cherry or plum) tomatoes as they require very little pressure to cut through so don't cause the tomato juice to squirt anywhere! They cut through root veg such as sweet potatoes with ease, bread is no problem, nor is any kind of meat. I bought two back in 2022, two more in 2023 and then a further four earlier this year and I can't say I've noticed any difference in performance between the two I bought originally and the others. They seem to last well, have pretty much replaced the other knives in my kitchen (including a couple of John Lewis' serrated knives) and the only issue I've found is I was using them so much that I never had any of them clean! I've bought my mum a couple so I've got them to use at her's when I'm down there, and even got a couple purchased for the kitchen at work! (The photo is purely to show I do indeed own them!)

I love these knives very easily to cut up salad quickly. Great for slicing grapes, tomatoes, strawberries etc because of the serrated front edge. Much better than a pointed knife. Highly recommend 🙌😍

Picked up these Victorinox knives a while back and they’ve quickly become my wife’s favourites in the kitchen. I have been using the Victorinox Swiss Classic breakfast/bread knife set for about 8 months, and overall, it has performed very well. The serrated blades are extremely sharp and cut through bread, rolls, tomatoes, and fruit effortlessly without crushing or tearing. The 11 cm size is ideal for daily breakfast and light kitchen tasks, and the knives feel well-balanced in hand. The plastic handles are comfortable, provide good grip, and are easy to clean. If you're looking for a razor sharp serated knife, save yourself some time and stop looking, you've found 'Neo'. Bought these because we still have an old (35 years+) one in our cutlery drawer which is still sharp and the kids wanted one each to take to uni' (blunt tip so fairly sure it was for culinary use ....), I reckon they'll still have them in their own cutlery drawers in their own homes in years to come. Typical Victorinox quality, lethal sharp, bargain price.
