Cough medicine
I use this product when I have a bad cough, sore throat or fever and it seems to help me. The taste isn’t too bad and I haven’t had any side effects from taking it and it’s easy to swallow.

Mix with honey
This really helped when I had a bad throat infection I had to let it settle in my throat for a few minutes for it to work but it has a strong taste but I didn’t mind it as you can mix it with honey too
