Been using these bad boys for a couple of months now. They will get the chopping marks and are very susceptible to mold on corners but as long as you give them the right maintenance they will shine like new and resist the mold. Would definitely buy again. The fact that you can use one side as a cutting board and the other as a serving tray is a plus, not to mention the juice grooves on the edge to the cutting side. However, I think its value for money resides more on the high temperature treatment (carbonization) that other than changing the natural color of bamboo wood makes the cutting board gentler on knives, resistant to warping but moisture absorbant. I feel the size is straightforward, you get what you bought. And as for thickness, I would rather have thinner lightweight cutting boards but these are simply beautiful to look at.

Have used bamboo cutting boards for a while now. They are not hard on your knives and are easy to clean. This set is a more premium as far as bamboo goes. About 1/4 the price of maple. Will by again when needed.

I’m really impressed with the Keechee Wood Cutting Board set! This versatile set includes three different sizes (15x10 inches, 12x8 inches, and 9x6 inches), so I always have the right board for whatever task I’m doing, from chopping meats and vegetables to slicing bread and fruits. The variety is perfect for all my kitchen needs. The bamboo is top-notch—very sturdy and durable. The carbonization process not only gives the boards a rich, dark hue, but it also reduces moisture absorption, which means no cracking or molding over time. I’ve noticed that they stay in great shape after frequent use. The cross-laminated construction makes them resistant to warping, and they look great in my kitchen, too. I really appreciate that the bamboo is sustainably harvested, so I feel good about my purchase from an eco-friendly standpoint. Cleaning is a breeze, and I love that they come with hanging holes for easy drying and space-saving storage. However, if you have never used bamboo type boards before, you will need to know there is some simple maintenance to be done over time. Read the directions carefully and this one comes with almost everything you need. Overall, this set is a great investment—strong, practical, and stylish! Highly recommend it!

This is a really nice set of bamboo cutting boards. The carbonized bamboo has a beautiful warm tone that looks great on the counter, and the smooth surface feels very well finished. They’re lightweight but still feel sturdy enough for everyday use. What I especially love is having multiple boards in different sizes. My last cutting board eventually had to be tossed because it permanently smelled like garlic and the odor started transferring to other foods. Having several boards makes it so much easier to keep things separate (garlic/onions on one, fruit or bread on another, etc.), which is a huge plus for a busy kitchen. They’re also great for quick charcuterie or serving, not just chopping, since the bamboo looks nice enough to bring straight to the table. My only disappointment is that one of the boards developed a crack after the first wash, before I had a chance to condition them with mineral oil. The other boards have been completely fine so far, so I’m hoping that one was just a fluke. Overall, it’s still a lovely set. If you’re planning to get these, I’d recommend oiling them with food-grade mineral oil right away to help protect the bamboo and extend their life. The variety of sizes and the attractive finish make them a great addition to the kitchen.

Good and durable

So much better then the plastic cutting board which are in my opinion toxic after a lot of use because you are actually cutting into the plastic and this has potential to get into your food. A lot of talk lately as to us unknowingly ingesting it. National Geographic suggests humans may consume roughly 39,000–52,000 microplastic particles per year. These cutting boards are of a hard bamboo material. I bought some cutting board oil too as it’s recommended to apply periodically.

These cutting boards are working out super well for me. I switched from my beat up plastic boards when I realized I was probably eating half of the plastic. I did not think I needed four different sizes but they all come in handy for different things. They're very thick. I need to read how to take care of them better but so far have been doing a quick rinse and or wash after using. I don't eat animal products so not as worried about bacteria. They do take up a bit of room but not too bad. I will never need another cutting board again! You can use either side, one side is flat and one has grooves.

desperately wanted to upgrade from old plastic cutting boards. i love that there are three different sizes. they definitely shed fibers frequently, so i’ve had to sand paper them down and use a food safe oil to coat them. and the bottoms got moldy from being stored on a fabric surface (i’ve since moved them to sit in a sunny window and they have been fine). not 100% what i was hoping in terms of quality, but still a decent upgrade.

Each Cutting board has a juice groove around the edge to catch liquids and prevent spills on the counter. Each boards have a waterdrop-shaped hole at the corner, making them easy to hang or grip. It is a thoughtful and versatile kitchen addition.
