Review: Do not buy! Junk! - These do not work! So cheap! Magnet do not stick they stick together on the tool but not on the eye. I’ve even had a friend try to put them on too. Do not buy.
Review: I love these - This is my 3rd time purchasing these eyelashes and I do not understand the low reviews. I have worn these every day since May! The main complaint I have is that the magnetic applicator breaks/stops working, which is fine besides the fact you cant purchase just the applicator. I tried buying a different applicator on desertcart and they didn't work so I have to order an entire new set of lashes which sucks... my second set i bought also had one eyelash that kind of didn't fit my eyeball as good... im giving a four star just because of inconsistent shape and the applicator issue... I feel I should add the applicator brakes after about 3 months and now that I stopped carrying it in my purse it lasts longer! Reading these negative reviews are so insane to me... most of them are 100% user error and most should be deleted.

**Q: Why can't the magnet eyelashes be attached to the eyelashes when wearing, but always stay on the applicator?**
A: This happens if the upper and lower positions are reversed. The correct position is that the blue dot is on the upper side, and the white dot is on the lower side. Just change the position of the upper and lower eyelashes and try again.

**Q: Why is there a gap after wearing it?**
A: When you wearing, lift down your eyelid and clamp it, use the upper side of the applicator as close as possible to the root of your real eyelashes, and then lift it up. This requires several repetitions of practice.

**Q: Do I need glue or magnetic eyeliner to use LAfabs magnetic lashes?**
A: LAfabs soft magnetic eyelashes do not need any glue or magnetic eyeliner, they use the magnetic properties of the upper and lower eyelashes attached to complete the wear.

**Q: Why did I only receive eyelashes from one eye?**
A: Each eyelash is separated into two pieces: the upper and the lower. There are two pieces for each eye, and it includes 4 pieces in total. Please gently use the fingers to separate the magnets at the end of the eyelashes.

I am writing to express my disappointment with this product. It was advertised as easy to use and effective, but I found it to be quite the opposite. The lashes do not adhere properly, and the magnet lacks sufficient strength to hold them in place. For a product priced at $60, I expected much higher quality and performance. Unfortunately, it does not deliver the value promised. While I understand the no-refund policy, I believe this prduct warrants an exception. I kindly requested a refund as the product did not meet basic expectations or advertised claims. I hope the company will consider this request seriously, as I am incredibly dissatisfied with my purchase.
