Only second night with it, but works well. Head fits well, thick enough. I like that it is adjustable, they give instructions to add/remove padding for an individual fit, they just don't include any extra or say what or where to get it. That would be nice, but for me, fit is good as is. Will update if it changes with continued use.

Just what I needed!Firstly, it was comforting to discover that other people have this problem and somebody designed a product to address it. I have been using a rolled up towel under my jaw to lift my ear off the pillow, so it wouldn’t get so sore in the morning. This was a much more elegant solution. It was a bit too firm at first, but I used a back scratcher to scoop out a little bit of a foam through the zipper and now it’s perfect. What a difference it makes, and now I can sleep through the night.

I wish this was thicker so it could be used alone without causing neck pain. I had to use it on top of a flatter regular pillow for that reason. I needed this for 2 weeks after putting jewelry back in to 21 decades old ear piercings. This made it so I could sleep without pain because it's impossible to sleep on your back without turning your head at all.

girlfriend loves it. when we snuggle and watch movies she would have to lay certain ways as to not be bothered by her piercings. She has A LOT. This has made her very happy...thereby it has made me happy too :-)

The polyfill stuffing is lumpy and too hard. I removed it and restuffed with shredded memory foam and it's now a nice pillow but I feel like it is overpriced.

Very comfortable ear pillow. Seller was very prompt in delivering order.

This is a great pillow if you cannot put any pressure on your ear!
