I’m generally weary of five star reviews, but this product is so perfect. I’m coming from the perspective of a home baker- but I have worked in professional settings as well. PROS - easy to control temperature for the top and bottom rods - gets really hot really quick. Goes up to 250 degrees, perfect for homemade pizza - convection function does decently well to give even bakes. There are some hot and cool spots, but all ovens have that, so I’m not surprised or mad. - easy to clean - decently sized tray area and internal space- good for making sheet cakes, batch baking etc. CONS - the heat warps the metal tray sometimes, it’s not that bad, cause you can bend it back into shape. - makes the room hot- I think that’s obvious

Before buying I will tell you, if your product will be damaged, then be ready beacause they had The worst customer service. They will just delay. The worst product ever, I ordered this product in July, and when I received this product its tray was damaged, and its not going inside the oven properly, I had complained so many times,to call center,to there senior,incharge. But the solution they gave me, to replace the otg, okay fine they replace your otg with what, even more worst and bad condition. What do you think why do we buy this costly product,just to receive a damaged thing. Why don't you get it that we have to use this thing for a long time.

Initially received the product with a dent on the control panel. But on the same day a replacement was initiated. Replaced the product within 5 days. The OTS (60 ltr) is Filled with all possible features other than digital control panel, but I wouldn't mind that. The performance is great. It would take a few days to get aligned with the right settings for your favorite dishes which is not a big deal. Overall its a great product with solid build quality, rich feature set and elegant and classic design. The bad part : nothing in particular but you can blame for lack of digital instrument panel

I live in a joint family and love baking cakes, making tikaas, pizzas of the world and what not. Honestly, this is the first product of Morphy Richards which I purchased and have an amazing experience. Stainless steel body, golden colour and mirror front finish door is like a crown in my kitchen. I was quite impressed with its dehydrated function which helps in maintainig the natural texture of fruits, vegetables, herbs and spices. Every dish I cooked was superb with perfect texture and taste. Easy making of tikkas, pizzas, cake and breads with its multiple baking options like grilling and rotisserie. Set of asseriories with this OTG really helped me in my cooking. I got a lot of appreciation from my family and friends and THANK YOU to this OTG for making my cooking more exciting.

I have used this oven for baking cakes, breads, buns, cookies & pizzas. I have also used it for grilling fish, vegetables (skewers), rotisserie chicken and toasting. Overall the quality of baking/ grilling is outstanding. Completely customizable in terms of selecting the functions and good performance till now. Fan/ convection & rotisserie have separate switches. Keep war function is missing, though mentioned in literature. Temperature range starts from 100 degree celcius and goes up-to 250 degrees, though I would have like it starting from 50 degrees which could have been useful for keeping warm. Looks sturdy and should last a long. Inserting racks & trays are sometimes tricky and could be smoother. Also the wire rack has a center wire running in vertical which takes away the balance while using pans & trays. They should have designed it better. I use another wire to balance the cake pans or else the cakes will also be slightly tilted. Stainless steel finish is good in terms of looks and ease of cleaning. Fit & finish is good and above average. 60L is a good size for baking 2 8" cakes on the same rack and 2/3 pizzas in one go and will come in handy for a family of 4+. Visibility into the chamber is poor due to mirror finished glass door. Temperature & timer knob could have been marked with more values for precise setting. For temperature the settings are 100. 150, 200, 250 due to which setting temperature in between these ranges quite tricky. Similar is the case with timer. I would have preferred one more baking wire rack and the one which comes has skewer racks on one side. I will definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to buy a decent sized OTG in India.
